Hmmmm, happen to me in Ecobank.

Wanted to recharge my phone with 500 airtel only to get error message but rampant alert of 500 x 4 arrived my phone

Several emails to the customer care but no solution up to date

U don try contact their OMBUDSMAN -(01 - 2260450). I am sure dey can come to the rescue.

4 weeks is strange. I know that if you submit all the required documents it shouldn’t take 4 weeks. Send them an email to investigate ENGcontactcentre@ecobank.com or call 0700-500-0000

my brother ecobank deducts 100 naira from my account every month,when I logded a complaint in their office,I was told it is for access fee,Nigeria banks are seriously stealing from their customers .which one is access fee

You need to reconfirm this because I got an sms from Ecobank recently stating that all charges on savings account has stopped.

I beg to disagree. I use their Ecobank Mobile and they have never disappointed me. Truly i enjoy their services.
