Someone told me he went to his tls to pick up passport despite tracker showing dmc a week after he got his brp ...he told them he received collection mail and they checked and gave him his passport with vignette on it

Have you gotten any tangible information on how to go about this our case..it's fustrating ..pls do let me know

I did biometrics on 1st December, decision was made on 18th December,I got my brp mail on 24th ,till today being 10th of January I haven't received my passport,I have tracked my application severally ..it's still showing application recieved by dmc..my traveling date is next week...I don't know what to do .. please advise
