what condition are you talking about exactly? Have you really been to standard Nigerian hospital lately? Some of the hospitals are state of the art... But most Nigerian doctors just simply suck. Most goes into the profession for prestige and not exactly for passion. No research, nothing nothing... They can only handle small sickness like malaria... The surgeons are the suckest.. If Nigeria surgeon operates on 10 patients, there is probability that 5 would die.. Go to general hospitals and see something yourself.

Doctors in.Nigeria work under terrible conditions financially and otherwise.

Worst part of it all, some of the people.went into.medicine for prestige, money or dictates of their family. There is no.passion. I interviewed a couple of them that work in some hospitals in FCT and all I could do was shake my head. I walked a.few through the algorithms of ACLS and you could see the astonishing and overwhelmed looks in their faces. It was then that it finally dawned on me why politicians run to foreign countries for medical check. I don't want to go into the gory details of what I saw when I visited UNTH.

Let us remember the plight of DJDOLA ,two months in a Lagos hospital and millions of naira and they couldn't even give a definitive diagnosis and used our friend for experiment ,treating him for everything else and making up diagnosis along the way while billing the patient and smiling to the bank.
