I beleive some good proxy sites can do that. but not perfectly well on some other sites
u can try a few:
www.youhide.com it works well on e-gold but declared by opera as being fraudulent

www.zend2.com
u can also search for some proxy sites in megaspider, google, etc

This is for glo
u need the glo gprs enabled in ur phone

1. u need a blueetooth, infrared or cable to connect
2. Go to internet connection on ur pc and choose connect manually
3. Create the connection using ur phone as modem
username: wap
password: wap
phone number: *99***1#
and u can also query the modem from ur troubleshooting section
search for query modems and u will get some commands to query the modem.
then u r set to go browsing

Please specify ur network if its phone gprs u need or the latter

i advice u use infra or cable better .
just enter ur troubleshooting menu and copy some commands to query ur modem.

but try this as the number *99***1# and the normal stuffs for celtel and see watz up
