Dear Seun, I wish to reach out to you concerning a Nairalander in the name of Joanna222. She has been diagnosed with Hepatitis C and the cost of treatment is about a Million naira. I suggested on the topic that we can raise the money through a dedicated thread asking for free will donations in any amount. I am open to the idea the account be domiciled with a trusted moderator on behalf of the patient. After which the money will be given to Joanna.  Two Options I will lay out for you. Any of them will work. Just remain focused and believe. 1. We all can rally around on Nairaland and contribute money for your treatment. I warned that this state elections will begin the end of an era of the Jagaban. I heard he was flown in an helicopter to ogbomoso. Pdp has won Oyo and will sweep the state assembly in Ondo. Osun is in play also. You don't play God and Man at the same time. No matter how high the Sun rises, it must surely settle in the East. Power is transient and he who is humble in power will ride on it for a long time. Impunity has a limit and even if the govt of the day puts a blind eye, the people never forget. If you ever catch your partner in bed, say no word but walk away. Say no word to anyone and never share to any1 why you ended the relationship. She will do it herself. If I were an APC member, I would be very afraid. Atiku is a master craftsman and with PDP, have been in the corridors of power long before alot of these present actors. They perfected the art of rigging for more than a decade. Foolish to underestimate them. Every successful business man is a ruthless planner, an analyst, a strategist. He went in there knowing fully well the naivety of the powers that be. Foolish to underrate a man who boast of his chances at the courts. Even if he loses at the highest court, he would have armed every right thinking person with overwhelming details of rigging. It would damage the reputation of the ruling party and severe the integrity image of the president. Foolish to ignore the damage done when bad publicity is constantly reinforced. Any reasonable department of society knows that all hope in this government is lost in regards to education. A government elected by 92% illiterates shouldn't bother appeasing a group of university student who do not have electoral value. If I were Buhari, I will let them go on strike. Allow the walls of classrooms rot with spider webs and the wooden seats collapse with the bites of termites, after all, of what importance were they to my return.
