Bro. Your question is still vague. Do you mean bring a family member on a visiting visa or to live there?

If nah to live there, please check out other threads on this. This thread is regarding visit visas. If that's your case, your family member needs to send you an invitation letter alongside their British passport copy or Naija Passport plus BRP.
You need to complete the entire form and decide if you can sponsor yourself or if the person needs to sponsor you. If they need to sponsor, you need to explain why they are sponsoring and they will need to provide past 6 months bank statement and payslips.
You also provide your own statement, payslips and prove ties to Naija.

It's best you are upfront and state your exact situation. Can you afford to sponsor yourself or should they sponsor you? Are you employed, studying or self employed? What do you earn? Marital status etc. Please read through the read to see how this works or nobody go answer you.

It bringing a family to live, and work but thank you for the info.

Please start with the DNA test. You have a long journey ahead...

You'll need a lot of documents from your Mum - to prove the relationship. The DNA test is just one of the many things you need to do.

It might be useful for your to go to gov.uk and read up about the process. When you start and have more questions, please let us know. Good luck!

In terms of money transfer, she has been sending it through my elder sister account for years but it was when she decided to take over she then made some transaction on my account hoping it might be good for my document.

I don’t know if the UK has dna centres which are approved by them and if you need to go this length as it is surprising to them that your birth cert is 17 years after birth and other inconsistencies as they mentioned on the refusal.
Next u showed them 4 money transfers between a few months and for a case where you state that you are fully dependent on ur mum as an adult and can not survive without this family reunification, 4 money transfers is too small to certify this. Only 4 oo
I think you will need to do personal research on this and gather as much evidence to prove your case as they do not believe you.
I am hopeful that others will contribute and offer advice to help.

For my birth certificate, I can't find my original one right from birth. So I had do a new one around that year.
