fkelly: The hunger in Yenagoa is too much, every girl child now has the tendency to sell her self for come plate of food.
Abokies now use our women with just a plate of indomie.
Most times I feel very shameful of what the state have become. It's so sad 😢 bro. The ladies prior to now had little self-control sexually speaking but the hunger now has a multiplier effect on them. Just drive through our roads in the early hours of the night, you'll see them well dressed (skimpily) along the roads shining eyes looking for you to ask them to come over. Prostitution has become the order of the day. So sad 😢😭😭😢😢😢 |

Ahmed0336: Really? What's the current value of Naira to CFA franc? Add custom duties and transportation cost then revisit what you just wrote up there. Thank you. You have a point though. But with more supplies than demand, prices would crash. Secondly, since the idea is to feed her citizens by making food more available, fg could make the custom duties and all that a lot more easier for importers. |

Yankee101: Prices of packaged food and goods will go down We import a lot more cheaper through Cotonou and same route via land through Niger republic also Exactly my thoughts too. However, I do not know if there things the govt knows we do not know or there are things we know they do not know. |
Politics › Will Reopening Our Land Borders Hurt The Economy? by Rikze(op): 7:08am On Feb 29, 2024 |

I'm sincerely happy with the slight improvement the Naira is making against the dollar. I also understand that one of the reasons the land borders were closed is to improve local food production and to strengthen the Naira. However, that has not yielded the desired result.
I am not an expert on this matter so I'd to hear from those who know better. Will reopening the land borders to allow food and other items to come in hurt the Naira further? Why don't we try this option now that many Nigerians can't feed themselves so that there will enough food to crash the prices in the market?
Those are my concerns. Those who know better should please contribute because I don't see the wisdom in closing the borders at this material time.

DiamondJLove: I am in my late twenties. It seems strange that I have never visited an airport. Sometimes i feel ashamed and never talk about it with anybody.
I don't know if it's due to too much responsibilities on me. Who is in the same boat with me? How do you cope when people talk about visiting an airport? Do you pretend as if u have visited an airport? Do you say the truth and let people mock you? Bro, I'm in my 40s and I have never really been to an airport perse, my closest was at the PH international Airport many years ago when I joined a few friends and we just drove to the entrance gate and viewed some planes and we left. While it is good to have experienced what an airport is like, but that doesn't define who you are or your worth as a person. I've had opportunities to fly especially when flight was 15k to and from Lagos to PH but I didn't see it like my life depended on it. No regrets whatsoever. When the time is ripe I'll travel by air. Currently, I can foot the bill to any part of Nigeria, but it is not a necessity. So please take one step at a time. |

JagabanB: Obidents are the twitter ñoisè makers and conspiracy theorists, other party supporters are not so dàft. While you be right that there are persons of such character in their movement, beware that you are not misled into generalism. Besides, other opposition groups may also hide under the same umbrella or claim what they are not so as to divert attention. Don't you think so? |

Salewa97: Na only Obedient people fit yarn that kind of talk because most of them get mental issue. The way you people have collapsed all opposition parties to be Obedients is really interesting. Once someone speaks against the govt in power, he's an obedient. No more PDP, SDP, NNPP and other parties that got thousands of votes during the election. This shows Obedients are really the bone in your (APCs) neck. Make Una take heart |

What a loss for the family. He had in mind to go and return home, sadly it ended up this way for him. So sad. That road should be avoided once it begins to get a little dark. The last time I plied that road at night around past 8pm, you need to see me driving like a mad man. That was over 5 years ago. Last year I used the road around to 7 in the evening, it was still a creepy experience. The cashew trees on both sides does not help matters especially the Isuikwuato axis. The construction of the Abia State part of the road has really opened up the road a whole lot. |

OKOATA: Go on YouTube and type goat walks on two legs it will bring so many of it and even dogs doing it too. So nothing in that. Dude, I've seen so many of such videos where a four-legged animal walks on two legs. However, in this particular video I saw, the poor goat has a deformed leg. It's not like it's doing some stunts. I don't know what's difficult to understand in the point I've been trying to make. |

OKOATA: Oga how do you know the front legs deformed? Una go just dey talk wetin una no know. The goat doesn't have any deformed leg oga. Him just dey catch him cruise. If only you have data to watch the video you wouldn't have been so confident to brandish your ignorance/stupidity. Or maybe you have sight problems. Please take your frustration elsewhere. |

The fact is the goat 🐐 has a deformed leg, the right front leg. So walking on two legs is not for fun for the goat but a means of survival. That'd require a lot of stamina on its part. |
