Elders in the house, after one week of submitting my Skilled Worker Visa (HCW), Home Office sent a mail to my operations mgr (my sponsor).
Please note that I clearly indicated health and care Visa on my Visa application for 3 years and above and not below 3 years, as home office wrote. (See the attached). My COS clearly stated 6145 as my SOC code and i'm eligible for HCW.

I don't know why the case worker mistook my HCW application for an ordinary Skilled worker visa thereby telling me to pay a higher application fee. See the mail from Home office below and kindly advise me:

You have attempted to make an application for permission to stay in the United Kingdom.

I read this severally & indeed it weak me🤔, Please I will appreciate you put yourself together in given them a befitting response cos I don't just understand where& why they needed you to pay more. I think a cover note(Details explaination) with Visa payment receipt will serve well.

Hi There, i would advise you from an experience standpoint ( coming from a person that has stayed abroad for 4 years).
If your funds at the moment can support only her, let her go first.There are several benefits to this which includes but not limited to:
1. She can fit into a shared accommodation (has her room or en suite if that is available) and this will be taken cared of from your current budget.
2. She can start work and not be bothered about rushing home for the kids, this allows her focus and get her feet.
3. There is no timeline for dependants to join her (however study the times and revolving laws of the british gov)
4.The icing on the cake, once she settles down, you do not need to show huge proof of funds for each dependant when applying as she is already in the UK. I recently did an application and If am not mistaken, first dependant is around 350 pounds, subsequent dependants around 250 pounds each
So kindly refrain from all going at the same time as it will most certainly be a nightmare...Getting house these days is crazy as you dont have rent history and you cant just rent a house based on your pocket size, it has to be according to your family size and gender mix.Having said this, i know someone i warned and he ignored my warning, he was messed up greatly and one thing here is that, everyone has obligations and no one (few people) will be able to help. Once again, congrats on her job, thats a steady job that will lead into ILR easily as its an on demand job.. Don't rush , this requires a project management mentality with respect to planning instead and rejoice.. Cheers

The tracker moved to VAC this morning and by afternoon TLS sent me an email but still nothing for UKVI

I tire for this appointment booking does it mean one can not get any free available date except you pay to secure appointment. All the one im seeing for dependant you have to pay to get appointment date. Is there any other means you can imagine paying 87k for premium appointment is too high

My TLS office experience about 48hrs ago, Even when you get Regular appointment (Free), they won't allow you in, those dude at the gate will insist you still do at least prime appointment (#77k). So, I will advise you have extra money in your account even if you get Regular appointment (@free).

PCC drop within 24hrs now, nothing like fast track. You only dash them 20k.

I want to believe you have completed the online application with your data page soft copy, If Yes, just go there with any copy you have with you, what you need most is the reference number sent to you by POSSA/ you can equally see the reference number on your online application page. Capturing is free and won't take you 5mins if network is good.

Yes, you will need Dubai n Nigeria police clearance.
