Idumota is just like a general name for one part of it,there's dosunmu,idumagbo for those whoo wants to buy wristwatches in bulk,oluwole is der too leading to mandilas were u can buy wears also to broad street for suits and the rest,evn tinubu square.D dosunmu deals on baby items,jewelry(used to go there and buy chains,earrings pendants and other items I sold when I was in school),watches,electronics,female items like bra,pants,nighties etals(there's a corner called"whoro pedro)then boxer,singlets,hankies and a whole lot. Idumota is also hub for movie marketer(all the movies you need are sold mostly from there)likes of ebinpejo lane,nnamdi azikwe road etc.For those who wants to buy provisioons,head to oke arin,all d way down(u can assess it coming frm apongbon too)balogun deals wit ankara george lace(idumota sells too) wrapper ,female dresses shoes and one or two other item. The other side covers cosmetics and weavons and a few other tins. For those who wants to sell slippers,rubber and fancy ones plus a few others,jus before you descend to were is called "eyin eyo" by the foot bridge to the right,dats their depot. So lagos island as a whole,stocks all,so long you know were you're going,lol!
Tradefair is there too,I don't really knw there much I only go to were I buy my beading items and cosmetics. Its very vast so one needs to knw were one is goin to get directions else u go lost,lol! should take knowledge of our history serious.
Perhaps our thinking will change if many of us
know all these. Let's go there;
1. The River Niger Bridge at Onitsha was
constructed between 1964 and 1965 by Dumez-
a French construction company and cost £5
million.
2. Patience Jonathan is one of Nigeria’s most-
educated First Ladies, with an NCE, a B.Ed, and
Msc from University of Port-Harcourt.
3. The highest peak in Nigeria is located in
Taraba and is called Chappal Waddi which
means “The Mountain of Death”.
4. There are 196 countries in the world and at
least one Igbo person from Nigeria lives in every
one of them.
5. The Pidgin word ‘Sabi’ came from ‘Saber’,
Portuguese and Spanish for ‘to know’. Both
country’s ships traded slaves from the Bight of
Benin.
6. Katsina College (now Barewa College in Zaria)
has produced 5 Nigerian Presidents/Heads of
State since it was founded in 1921 in Kastina.
7. Ojukwu taught Murtala Mohammed and Ben
Adekunle at Regular Officers Special Training
School, Ghana. Both ‘fought’ their teacher during
the civil war
8. At Nigeria’s independence in 1960, there were
41 Secondary Schools in the North and 842

9. In 1983, Senator Arthur Nzeribe spent $16.5

10. In 1973, the Federal Government of Nigeria
considered officially changing the name of
