What is happening to hostyoufast? Since I hosted on their server, most times my site is not always available most especially in the evening . The last time I contact their customer care, they said there was no issue. But I still couldn't access my site. And because of such I can't upload my backup file to my board. Always having issue. Please can anyone refer me to other responsible server at a budget of 4500. Tired of all this stress.

Contact your friend and ask him to give you your hosting details (he can help you setup your own hosting account with your details if only you can't)

I guess he install the cms you use for you from his cpanel (an addon is the perfect word).

Just talk to him I believe he will not deny you your right.

I am sure going to find who is you guys hoster may not work. Since they will only think you're trying to hijacked his site (your friend)

Our tech support are ever ready to assist you, please resume your conversation with the support desk if you already have a ticket.... Reading from your post here, it seems the challenge might be a little misconfiguration a long the way, and if you see a blank page possibly you have error reporting off.

Like @Coolsix already suggested, you can use error_reporting(1) at the top of your php file to enable errors on your page and look at you error_log file to see what was wrong. Also if you have a working version of your scripts hosted online, we can migrate it for you at no cost. Simply ask our tech-support to do that!

@coolsix if you read my post well i never try telling him to move to my host. But i try to give him solutions which this kind of problem has many reasons why it happen so if i need his cpanel details is just to fix it for him and then he move on. (better still he change his passsword latter).

He has a problem with Gigalayer, are you a gigalayer staff? That you request his cPanel details? It might be a Server Issue or Server Related stuff, so why should he give you his details? What you will do, cant you just tell him so he can do it himself?

All your stories always wind up in advertising your host. Asking him to leave his web host(Gigalayer) to your own is unprofessional. You are to provide solution to his problem by providing recommendations and Do-it-yourself Checks, that he can try out. Not telling him to go to your own host. What makes your own so different? You might even be a reseller. We are not so sure.

As for the OP, seeing a White Page could be PHP Related, make sure you have error_reporting(); enabled so as to see what error it is because PHP inserts a die(); after errors, so when error_reporting is disabled, it would be a blank page.

There are many things, first one is memory limit in php.ini may be too low

@op try using www.yoursite.com and if it work then is a little .htacces pro

for the billing software we have gotten one (WHMCS) you can check to confirm this... just that we are working to get it ready as possible...

as for the domain issue we have created a enom account to solve this issue

1) No Billing system:- This shows you are a one man business. So if i want to order, i have to email you(that contact form is an email form) then maybe you give the bank details and i pay and you give me cPanel details. What nonsense? So we have to order for things via email? You cannot afford Clientexec, BoxBilling, WHMCS, HostBill or even free WooCommerce if you are so poor.!!!!

2) No Invoicing:- So if i pay, what is the proof that i have paid? No Invoice!

3) No Client Management:- So, you can come tomorrow and say i am not your client because there is no proof of that. There is no even client login on your website. What nonsense! Are you trying to scam people? What is so reliable about you? Look at your name, so lame.

4) Dedicated Servers for just N3700 per year? Seriously?

5) No domain names. So you cannot provide domain names? how much is that?

Transfer domains to where? when you dont offer domain names.
