lazkizz:Lol the main scam here is to get you to push a person you know in US to fall into their Cheque scam. There is no building project , don’t fall into this cheap scam |
PHAYOL81:no problem I can offer you a handkerchief if you need one |
PHAYOL81:okay |
spy9ja:When did it become the job of media houses to authenticate school certificates? |
Looks like a fake account.Donors be very careful. Fraudsters everywhere |
Wow dangote is a merciless and greedy monopolist.. smh |
tensazangetsu20:that’s the problem of Nigeria it keeps worse everyday in the early 80s most European companies had their companies in Nigeria . Nothing like tokunbo. My dad bought his two cars 504 and beetle with water proof on seats every thing new but by 92/93 he bought his next car as tokunbo Mercedes product. Nigeria always had bad leaders but Babangida was the worst. I remember under him prices of things sky rocketed in the market, many foreign companies like bata where my dad got school shoes for us left, Uk cancelled the free visa to Nigerians under him, a lot of Nigerians including professors starting escaping to Europe and America, mushroom banks that collect people’s deposit and vanish due to his policy, he was killing journalists too who write about him with his devil and power hungry wife Maryam. Babangida is the worst president of Nigeria and did most damage than any other president |
PoliteActivist:many a times Nigerians will not tell you the truth only the version they want you to believe. People can leave canda for various reasons. Apart from people from comfortable families back home , those ones leaving might have saved up to 10-20m or more and want to return home to invest but won’t tell you that and also remember they have a safety net if their plan’s doesn’t work out- they can return to Canada. The main reason that make most of us want to go back home is not even what you think and most won’t tell you. It’s the work. Here work is different from Nigeria and comes with much pressure. When your job is 8 hours you must give them that 8 hours and anytime your performance drops they fire you immediately without notice- the mortgage from your big mansion, car notes from your 2023 Mercedes’ , phone bills , different kinds of insurance etc are tied to that job so if you lose that job, you must find another good paying one within a month or you lose everything and file for bankruptcy and it moves very fast. You know most Nigerians work hard but do cherish the idea of doing this till they are 65 years..food is thrown away daily here in US , healthcare top notch and every good life you can imagine here but that work life that never stops makes us think of back home to rest from that crazy work life but for your own you can make good money from IT, live below your means, save money for some years and return to Nigeria after to work in IT remotely or invest in a business |
Tinubu aka mandate thief have irreparably damaged the image of Nigeria…imagine a well known cocaine trafficker who paid bribe and also forfeited $500k to avoid going to jail in US now calling himself presiden, a certificate forger, certified identity theft specialist…,God forbid bad thing
|
Oshe…Nigerians need justice
|
Lol…AC dey blow you, Dey eat the best food, have millions of dollars in your account and investments and asking people that don’t know where their next meal would come from not to lose hope?….smh |
Typicool8:Peter Obi proposed to have all the refineries repaired by removing corruption from the process to get it done, cut on the cost of running government and use the savings to invest in SMEs according to him if government invest for example 50k on a meshai or tomato seller or vulcanizer to grow their business they will look for two or three people to help them in their expanded businesses and he believes it will achieve the following-reduce unemployment, enable money to circulate because when tailor receive 100k assistance he will go to market and buy more cloth , market woman will use the money to buy books for her children, bookseller will use the money to repair his car , mechanic will use the money to eat and buy new shoes etc that way government tax base expands and borrowing will be very minimal or none because Nigeria is more that 100m people. Atiku proposed to run Nigeria as a free enterprise ie sell all government agencies including NNPC, that way the country will focus on taxing prosperous businesses to generate tax money. His argument is that private sector will manage them better because the government had failed in doing so over the years. He compared old nitel with the success recorded by MTN and co in the past 20 years as to why he believes his plan will succeed. Osibanjo had the idea of instead of building one gigantic refinery worth several billions of dollars to use that money instead to complete about 200 mini refineries, allow private sector businesses to invest in modular refineries, legalize and improve quality on the illegal refineries government is destroying in Niger delta , that way if your refinery is refining only 20 liters a day government will still support you. He believes that working refineries can solve Nigeria power problems, provide a big tax base for Nigeria to not only shun borrowing but also fund renewable energy and start up companies that can start production in Nigeria. What of tinubu’s plan? Tinubu had no single plan except emilokan and that his now notorious statements of feeding 50m youths with Agbado and ewa …when the pressure got much on him, bayo onanuga and co went and printed Kenya’s William Ruto manifesto verbatim that the pages even still had ink marks of ruto’s political party on it…smh Tinubu had no plans, offered Nigerians nothing and from the look of things today, it would be a miracle if he performs better than buhari |
Less than six months they have already run out of ideas on how to generate and have now towed the path of buhari. Brain dead people always rigging their way into government to steal |
tensazangetsu20:Yes it was because I remember in 1986 one day we were reading and then the lights went out, my mother said we should remain calm wherever we were that the light will come, after about thirty minutes they brought the light..It started getting worse in the nineties and by 1998 we have become used to sleeping without lights and a lot of people started importing more generators |
PoliteActivist:My candid advice to you as someone living in the US is this…I have watched Nigeria closely for the past 30 years or more and my observation is that things keep getting worse by day. Any problem you see today in Nigeria I assure you will never get solved but will only get worse . I remember how as kids graduate unemployment problem started small small under Shagari , today jobs are almost non existent, problem of NEPA started with taking light for a few minutes from the mid 80s to today no light at all, cultism in universities started with break bottles on head in early 90s to full blown killings in campuses, water corporations had taps running back then until the problems started manifesting in the early 90s today , states water corporation is dead with every now digging boreholes without minding the environmental damage in future, kidnapping for ransom started around 2005 with Niger delta groups kidnapping oil workers for money, today it has spread to every where in the country including all the major highways and villages, problem of Nigeria’s refineries started around mid 90s , ordinary to repair refineries every country does have had Nigeria spend hundreds of billions of dollars with no single result that Nigeria is now importing petroleum finished products 100% now etc . In essence for the past 30 years any problem you see today will never get solved but will get worse and out of hand as the years go. Many Nigerians seem to live in the same fools paradise that Nigeria will get better lol. Nigeria seems like a nation that’s cursed to get worse everyday why? I followed the campaigns of late Abiola and recently Obi and those men unlike other leaders I have seen before had a grasp of the real problems of Nigeria but were rigged out. My advice to you go for Canada. You get your PR after a few years and citizen after 3 years. It offers you endless opportunities. You can still find an IT job that allows you work remotely that way you can travel to Nigeria or anywhere in the world and work from there assuming you no longer like Canada…most importantly secure your future. Nigeria doesn’t offer you anything including job security and no labor laws . The way the economy is now heading to $2,000 a dollar that 500k will now become less than 250k …there is no future today in Nigeria and if you miss this opportunity it will become harder for you to leave because the country is getting worse by day..Good luck 🍀 |
PoliteActivist:Accept the job, apply for study leave without pay for 1-2 years. They may or may not accept it. It’s 50-50 |
Actuarydeji:glad you pity her for what she did to your life |
Pakute:why do you people like to celebrate nonsense of no use to the people? So tinubu creating a platform that will enable him to dip his hands directly from the coffers of the federal territory like he did from 1999 till today to milk Lagos dry into a debt of more than $1bn is what will make him one of Nigeria’s best presidents? You people are in reality still 30 years behind but events of the next few years will wake up folks like you to reality…a Nigeria you will watch your children die from starvation and no money to buy medications when they are sick till they die and nothing you can do about it except wail day and night online helplessly |
The day tinubu and Mahmoud ruined that elections was the day I knew there was no hope for Nigeria …except for fools most people know already that if even if you give tinubu 20 years he cannot perform better than buhari |
BloodyDoe:poor cowards like you that can’t even kill a rat doing online boast …lol. I believe your delusions come from starvation and laziness..clown go and find something do with your life before hunger send you to mortuary because men of nowadays will not look at disgustingly ugly women like you…hustle! |
Actuarydeji:okay, no problem |
Solowo4:go and read your history books and thank you stars British fought against them in civil war, you are looking for fallacy …which ethnic group builds houses in their villages and every where they go ? Abi na your your tribe? Looks like you don’t have anything good to say about your tribe? ..then say about other or hausas |
Taylor94:British stopped them at ilorin during the pre colonial era as usman Dan fodio almost turned the entire Yorubaland into slaves of the emirate caliphate . Igbos are the buffer holding Fulani aggression in check. Na only igbo Fulani Dey fear |
Without Igbos Nigeria is dead which is a fact even a 5 year old knows..the confidence of the igbos in themselves is unparalleled anywhere among the black race. I am yet to see a timid igbo man even the children among them |
Glad Agbadorites now see Peter Obi as the president and rightfully so…the day and night obsession with Obi is coming from a place of pain, hunger and starvation courtesy of emilokan who is now teaching his pigs - Agbado heads politics of starvation hahaha
|
Raskimonojendor:prostrate, bow, kneel etc and all other of those public gestures are total nonsense and of no use to the expectation of the citizens from public officials …good governance is what is expected of public officials which was the reason Nigerians wanted self government and now democracy . If we had looked at crystal ball to see the bunch of incompetent idiots like buhari, tinubu etc will mismanage this 4th republic democracy most people would have chosen to continue with the military |
The brain dead morons will soon blame Peter Obi for that |
