Poverty was among the worst, ditto unemployment. No institutional development, healthcare abysmal. Education had some improvement in performance of students but not in infrastructure. Obi had no vision, no foresight. He didn’t develop human capital, no expansion of revenue generation. Doctors strike, Labour strike etc.
