Learning a whole new language, especially a language as complex as German, cannot be done 'sharp sharp'. It requires consistency, practice and commitment. Especially if you're learning on your own, you're gonna need a lottttt of motivation coz German is very complex. I was studying Adjectivdeklination last week and I felt like crying.
So it depends on what level you hope to achieve. If its A1, you can learn on your own within 2-3 months.
As for resources there are tons on the internet. Here's an answer I've shared previously here
A1 is basic beginner levl; not hard at all. you just need to learn
- the Nominative, Accusative and Dative case ( also learn the prepositions that goes with each case).
- Prasens (Present tense), Perfekt (simple perfect tense) and Praeteritum ( Simple Past tense)
- Memorise at least 500 words for your vocabulary. For nouns, please memorise with the article (der/die/das) , it makes things simpler. For verbs, memorise both the basic form and the past participle form (partizip II) and whether the past particle goes with 'haben' or'sein'(the basic rule is that 'sein' is for verbs that signify movement or change of state). For adjectives, just memorise the basic form but bear in mind that adjectives are also declinated (just like nouns) but adjective declination is A2/B1 level.
- It's good to know grammer rules but don't focus so much on them. Practice by writing and speaking (even if it's just to yourself).

What the VO meant was, your dad or mom should be the one to swear the affidavit for you, simply take a picture of you and your dad or mom to the high court, tell the person helping you to change the format to make it look like it’s your dad or mom swearing the affidavit on your behalf and also make sure he stamps your picture and your dad or moms picture together with the page

you don't need any affidavit to get ur birth certificate from NPC..just go to dere office nd u will b ask to pay some amount..you can also get it dat day without any delay

I really don't know what it takes to get NPC certificate as I didn't use it. Go to their office and verify from them pls.

Meanwhile taking a closer look at your document, I think you are meant to provide NPC birth certificate since you are born after 1992. If you ask me, I would say that's the exact document you need to provide based on what am seeing on your document.

Meanwhile quote No 2 of the declaration you just posted negates the intent of the document. The person who prepared this document for you looks like an intern.

Lol.... sorry am laughing out loud, my sister no bother yourself, leave over sabinus make him go him way, embassy don't care if you did it without your parents available there. What they care to know is the contents of the declaration you submitted. Your date of birth is what they care to know and that's all.

Go to any state high court, tell them you want to do age declaration, they already have their format, what they will do is just to key in your personal details ( date of birth, place of origin, name of your parents etc) into their own format, then print out copies of which they will stamp and sign and collect your offering. You don't need to go with your parents pls, no need to bother them at all.

Nobody will post their motivation letter here on a public forum. Motivation letter is supposed to be personal and tailored specifically to your goals and plans.

for sure it can be reused. Its even a proactive approach to certify all ur docs (CTC from courts) against act of god ( unforeseen circumstances).

Before you go for your interview, I'll suggest you exhaust all available options.
If you don't have your primary school certificate, and your school doesn't exist anymore, go to the ministry of education in your state. They can issue you an official letter stating that you had your primary education in that state and school for a period of time, and that you graduated from there.
Try to get this, hold some money incase you'll need to spend.

What if you are able to pass Mr Paulinus without the primary SCH certificate will the embassy not still ask for it?

The thing with primary school certificate is that, most times if you say you don't have it with you, Paulinus might overlook it.
Sometimes, if him network no gree connect with yours, that single document can cause kasala with him.
