PoliticsRe: CBN To Retire 1,000, Offers ₦‎50 Billion Payoff by Ritchiee:
Unproductive but gulping Nigeria's money. That is how Nigeria has been run for decades and why it has been sinking gradually.
At least each one of them will get 50,000,000 if the money is shared equally.
I am almost sure that 80% of them will be Northerners..
If they won't allow for sanitising so that Nigeria can grow, then Nigeria should separate, disintegrate so everybody can do as they wish in their space

Yes, they will quickly pass the bill to execute those caught selling drugs to willing buyers but make merry with those who seek out and murder other human beings in cold blood just to sever off their heads for selfish reasons undecided

E.g, monsuru below was caught and after just a month behind counter in ogbomosho he is now free cry
You should be concerned about the massive severing of heads and body parts in your region that is making you all flee alaigbo.

Use your head.
That $20 is what they would have borrowed to pay subsidy.
It would have been $22 billion including that amount you touted.

These tiger claw faced vermin do not care. Even from their grave - after an untimely death due to T-Pain induced starvation - they would still prefer that situation to an 'omo y-ibo' like Peter Obi to become president.
I think Nigerians didn't vote for omo ibo because they are incompetent and lazy.
They like "powder" though.
N.gbati n.gbati have always been great administrators and builders.
They control the economy of Nigeria.

The proof is all over. Human capacity index, GDP and Per capita income all have south east doing far better.
HDI always changes. In recent time,SW has gotten a lot more migration from both the SE and the North and they have contributed in no small measure to the poulace of almost no positive HDI but as for IGR and the other positivities,SW has always been consistent in being the leader of the whole nation because of their competence and versatility.

Please before you attack me as usual to go back to my states.

Please I just need answer to the above topic above??

Take for instance, Ogun state. The high IGR that state generates, yet even Abeokuta is nothing to write home about, I was just there yesterday for a business at Oke Mosan, I was not happy, thought the monies generated could have been better.

What about Lagos state?? Some areas on the mainland still don't have good roads, good drainages, and water still floods some parts of the island too.. I begin to wonder, what is happening with all these generated revenues. Lagos state should be on the level of Johannesburg, Alexandria etc, in Africa

What about Rivers state, Delta and Bayelsa states? With all the oil revenues yet, poverty even in their state capitals?

When will citizens starts asking these leaders questions? Or is it a Black Man problem?? Because I know if Nigeria was a white country, it would have been one of the leading destinations in the world...
At least,Ogun state is more developed than Anambra state.

PoliticsRe: Ogun State IGR Grows From ₦‎70 To ₦‎147 billion In 4 Years by Ritchiee: 10:03am On Oct 29, 2024
covidkiller:
There's no growth there.

Four years ago, $1 = N470
Therefore, N70 billion = $149 million

Today, $1 = N1,600
Therefore, N147.8 billion = $92 million

So, the state actually DECLINED from $149 million to $92 million in 4 years, recording a mega loss of $57 million.

Don't allow them deceive you. The state didn't do well.
lol
Your insinuation goes to the other states too especially the poor South East states.
This means that they are very much down the ladder.

BafanaBafana:
Lol.. make Jonathan try contest. They will bring out his file. As a president, Jonathan was bad. Buhari was worse, Tinubu is the worst. We should look for good leaders, not failed ones.
None of them is as good as Tinubu.
Tinubu touched the fabrics of the livelihood of Nigeria which should have been done a long, long time ago but nobody had the gut or intelligence to do it.
They all ruled Nigeria "cosmeticologically".
Like painting a wobbling house instead of doing the needful.
I blame Tinubu and his cohorts for not allowing Jonathan (who had made money more than any president or head of state, dead or alive, according to OPEC) to remove the oil subsidy during his time but it also showed the weakness of President Jonathan then.
If you are sure of your policies and your plan, you wouldnt listen to charlatans or succumb to their political innuendos.
Look at how many protests that had been staged against Tinubu but he is standing his ground confidently even as we are going through a lot of pain.
People and institutions are saying that he is building a solid, positve but painful foundation for Nigeria but can we stand this hurtful pain?
Things are really hard.

Unfortunately, some residents around the military base filmed a part of the event clarifying that three soldiers died.
I was watching the video of the conference hall of the Golani army targeted and there was blood all over the place.
