It was in GEJ's tenure that Nigeria became the largest economy in Africa. Not in OBJ's. Ironically, both OBJ and GEJ ran a good economy. The common factor being NOI.

NOI was the finance minister who brought Nigeria to that epic height, after many decades of many other finance ministers.
Even the way she emerged as the DG of WTO where she beat a myriad of other global economic experts to emerge the best. We all know that both Kemi Adeosun and Wale Odun combined, could never have gotten the WTO job, as they are vastly inferior to Ngozi Okonjo Iweala.

Now, more than anything else, what people in the street want are cheap beans, rice and other ingredients. Cheap fuel to power their houses and their factories to generate more jobs for the masses, more electricity to cut down on the cost of power. All these little goodies, the Tinubu government has destroyed in preference for the legacy project of an outrageously bloated contract of constructing the coastal railway, fraudulently awarded to one of Tinubu's allies

Perhaps, if OBJ had retained NOI throughout his tenure, Nigeria would have become the largest economy in Africa, so that's a little bit of bad luck for OBJ there. GEJ took the honours, thanks to him for bringing back NOI who performed her magic.

Much of the foreign debt we have now were borrowed by Buhari's government, and we all know that Tinubu brought in Buhari, and even supported Buhari for a second term, so Tinubu is very happy with Buhari's economic management of Nigeria, so whatever debt repayment Tinubu's government is making, he should not complain about it, because he brought in the government that put us in that huge debt.

Today the country's economy is in the doldrums and people are starving to death and you still think the usual propaganda that you people are known for, will wash. All your Lagos "big boys" are in Abuja, messing up Nigeria. That propaganda has long been exposed. Even northerners no longer trust anything with the southwest label. NEF has started to protest. The hungry northerners are also starting to grumble. Some have even died of hunger. This is now beyond propaganda.

When OBJ was the president, the price of oil was even below $20 per barrel, yet Ngozi Okonjo Iweala ran the economy in a way to ensure Nigerians were not as impoverished as they are right now. Every single commodity was very affordable and within the means of most Nigerians. Electricity was relatively abundant. OBJ even had enough money to pay petrol subsidy, unlike the current government that withdrew petrol subsidy on the first day of this administration, yet no one can account for the petrol subsidy savings, the government boasted they will use to develop the economy.

Today the oil price per barrel is $90, yet this government, in spite of the price of oil and in spite of the savings it is making by not paying petrol subsidy, has led Nigeria to the worst economic doldrums in the history of Nigeria.

If GEJ had an economy that gave him $90 per barrel of oil, and also did not have to pay petrol subsidy, GEJ would have performed better than he actually did.
Tinubu is the worst president of Nigeria, followed by Buhari.

During GEJ, we had good performance and standard economy. But we needed something better and voted him out and brought in a dullard and since then we have been praying to God to do miracles.
