Hello, I want to know if it is possible to go for passport renewal earlier than my appointment date or I can go without a date and pay some charges?

I called UK home office when we were in Nigeria, the lady advised we travel with it like and check if his brp has same error, then we can correct the brp instead because the one on passport is just a sticker and has an expiring date. We collected brp and saw same error, we were told to go online and use this link for correction using this link https://www.gov.uk/uk-residence-card/correct-mistakes.

Honestly at this point I don't know what the guy is doing, I just feel she has hope and should not follow his advice. He already sent a mail saying the school should return the tuition. I just feel he is not being honest with her parent.

The passport was requested for and the Uncle handling it has sent it.

That’s impossible,left it there with who for what?they don’t keep peoples passport and the embassy didn’t request for it.Go and ask questions oh,before they dash you 5yrs ban.
When was this application submitted and biometric done?

From the information the Uncle just gave me, they requested for the passport and he has sent it. He is the one handling the application, He sent it last 2 months, that's August.

Since COVID. Physical applications have been suspended. One can only apply online. It uncanny how she left her passport after going for biometrics except she applied pre-covid-19 period. If not there's something wrong maybe there's been a mistake. Or she forget it the day she went for her biometrics. If she submitted online and she was approved. She will be requested to submit her passport for stamping and even then she can't submit it in person she have to make us of the courier services. So it's up to the family to determine what really happened to her passport and how it got missing.

She left the passport at the embassy after biometrics. Thats what i knw

Cos Canada no dey collect anybody passport till it’s time to stamp it (atleast since they stopped paper application).

Hello, Please I am asking this question to help sort out my cousin's issues. I honestly don't know anything about Canada waka, someone directed me here so please assist us. She applied for Visa since May, till date nothing. we have written them but they said its slow because of covid. Now they are at the verge of requesting that they return the passport "we no do again" a mail has been sent to the school for refund. Please I am the main applicant and already in UK, but my dependents (children) are yet to join me. Please I want to know if my husband who is a dependent can use his account statement to apply for the kids visa. Note that he is also in UK with me and we can not move the money out of his account to mine because of some issues with my own account.

Please a friend just got his visa and i saw that the expiry date on his passport is in two months, i asked him how he intends renewing since he is travelling already and to renew passport in UK no be beans, he said he will do a new one b4 travelling and attach to d old one. i had this same issue, what i did is pay additional tuition, NO i was not issued a new CAS, i printed out proof of payment sent by the school. The school said they also updated details of additional amount paid. The best option is to pay the few million left as tuition, get school receipt and scan along with CAS when uploading documents during application.

After running the proof of funds for 28days, they printed the statement of account. They said it is valid for 30days. Her CAS came out yesterday, it was late because of festive season and they want to apply tomorrow. The problem is the amount in the account is short off a few millions, can they still use it like that since they printed the statement already. And also the statement 30days validity after printing will expire in 4days cos they printed the statement middle of December after the 28days. My question is can they still use the statement even if it’s short a few millions of the required funds. Please note they already kept the complete funds for 28days.

Last time i checked Abuja has available dates from 1st Jan 2021, Abuja is calm compared to Lagos, Lagos no dates at all, but if you go there with evidence of payment, they will surely give you a date. that Friday some persons got Dec 29th.

I had to go there last week Friday, the crowd is something else cos a lot of applicants are in same situation as you. I was able to do my test after they demanded i show them my admission letter, but the begging was not here o.

Are you married ?..... if you are then that section is for your to complete the spouse details. If you dont have one then not applicable

Please what is the best answer for the following question;
1- Does anyone rely on you for financial support?
Include both those travelling with you and those who are not.

NB. my husband will be travelling with me
if i say Yes, should i mention only him or include my kids who wont be joining us?

I honestly don't know how to apply for this dependent visa, i am mixing up everything. i am frustrated already.
