According to a video that has amassed thousands of views on social media, the man was seen saying;

The South African Police Minister, Bheki Cele has deployed troops in several areas in the province that have been plagued by xenophobic attacks and looting since Sunday.

Jeppestown residents on rejected calls for peace from the Police Minister, following days of public violence, vowing not to stop their as attacks.

According to a video we've come across, the xenophobic residents called on Nigerians, Ghanaians, Tanzanians, Zambians, others to leave their country for them.

They once again claimed that foreigners are stealing them, their jobs and their women.

Recall that, violence across Gauteng has resulted in five people being confirmed dead with more than 180 people arrested as police and residents of parts of the province clash.

South African truck drivers being sent back at the border of Botswana in retaliation to xenophobic attacks on foreigners.
