The 3.2 is the kilometers those who pass the medical test with a clean slate will get to run. By serious preparations I mean ensuring you are medically sound before heading to KD, refresh your memory coz there will be an exam there. Start running so your body gets used to it before you get there especially if you are not an active person ,get all your forms signed and intact, your certificates should be complete and most importantly pray hard.

Kaduna is virtually done with all the states. Except for those that wasn't available for the screening exercise. No "test or exam.." SO if you haven't done yours irrespective of your state, try and go tomorrow. All the best ladies and gents

Bro is like they are ahead of schedule and that list is not being followed as stated, me i will resume in KD at the early hours of tomorrow because i don't want to miss my turn jare. Afriend also told me that they almost tru with Kogi and Kaduna sef so they can start Lagos, Ogun, Ondo............from tomorrow

I will advice you to even enter tomorrow being Saturday cus dat journey is far from Calabar to Kaduna. If you are Christian locate your Church there meet with the pastor or Rev fr or if you have a family member there better still. rest on Sunday morning you locate your centre. It's better you see for yourself on the first day.

Yeah, the tab is awesome i ve bn using it since January. I also got another one by chance making it two, about two of my friends followed and a brother too, never heard a complain from any of them. The only issue is that mine is going down battery-wise due to excessive streaming.
