He is a foreigner into manufacturing and he perpetrated a fraud by using one machinery to secure from 4 banks and he was paying into the account to pay down on the loan he collected ., but the bubble one day when one of the bankers came for a routine visit and they met themselves there.

Another thing is over invoicing by foreigners using the loan they get to finance offshore businesses . they do these through importatuon . they will be the owner of company abroad and at the same they run a company here.

Albeit, morality in all totality can't be subjective. Some might, some may not be. Take for instance - stealing. Stealing is stealing in all climes, same as rape too.

Of course, there is objective morality. But most morals are subjective. The case of rape, stealing and the rest is a case of objective morality. Every right thinking individual must empathise with any rape victim. We can empathise with her because we are all human and would have felt the same sadness if we were the one raped...therefore, the pain of rape is inherent to all human and therefore we can objectively say raping somebody is immoral... The same thing with stealing. But there are certain things that are peculiar to an individual and which are not inherent in others. E.g. Gay stuff. There are some people that sees nothing in lesbianism while some condemn it in totality. Our judgement depends on our sense of value of judgement as whether it is right or not... In fact, most morals from religion point of view are subjective...

Bro, morality is a subjective value judgement from an individual point of view. What I see as wrongdoing based on my own sense of judgement may escape your own value judgement as being bad. Most morals are put forward based on subjective perception and not based on what is generally inherent to human. Take for instance, some people sees no dignity in woman hoeing arround, while some sees it as an alternative way for women to overcome the present economic onslaught in Nigeria. Women who engage in such act may not want to agree with u labeling it an immoral act. Wherever we finds ourselves and our sense of value orientation determines what we consider moral or immoral... Don't you know it will be immoral to legally marry your sister in this our society, whereas this is the best practises in some other clime beyond our immediate society...there is much to say but ah no get such time for now...bro pls manage this

We all know our judiciary is rubbish and the richer person will be vindicated, but they like to quote the law, cases and system when it suits them, I won't be surprised if they've raped someone before, nonsense.

Judicial system is rubbish when it does not favour your subjective interest but if it were to be other way round the song would have been a different tune. No one is supporting rape but the case of Busola is obviously irreconcilable... Though they both surely had the sex but it was more of mutual consent than a case of rape... In the first place, every discerning minds knows it was an empty case that was more of embarrassing the pastor than seeking justice... All was going fine until the initial agreement was no longer facing the usual direction, hence the need to treat the pastor's Bleep up by bringing up a rape case that was obviously a mutually enjoyable sex between the two love birds... See, we are not small picking and we all know what it takes to rape the same woman three times at different time consecutively. Amazingly, the third experience was through doggy style at the back of the mans car...how on earth can a man succesffuly rape a woman with doggy style and in front of the compound of the acclaimed victim... Madam, this is not relatable. If you call it rape the first time, then what do you call it the second time and the third time. As far as I am concerned, the pastor was not innocent of the sex but was innocent of the rape aspect of the sex... No court on earth, even in the advanced countries will give such claim a second thought... Rape is a bad crime that suppose to carry capital punishment, but then how do we judge those who falsely accuse of someone of rape perhaps to settle personal scores.... You guys should stop being emotional and give objectivity its way in your Judgement

STATEMENT FROM BUSOLA DAKOLO

I have just been briefed by my lawyers on the court’s ruling in the matter before it pertaining to my stand against injustice represented by the reprehensible actions of Mr. Biodun Fatoyinbo and, in light of the present and anticipated inquiries from friends, family and well-wishers, it is pertinent to convey my sincere reaction to said ruling.

When I set about confronting one of my biggest fears and a horrible experience from my past, the first hurdle was finding the confidence to. Victims usually do not find a place for their voice, certainly not in our deeply conservative country where might is right and a virtue while innocence is a licence for abuse and disregard. I had no illusions about the herculean task before me in not only openly confronting the man behind the mask but seeking remedy and sanction against him before the court.

I set out to ease the hurt, the sense of shame and abuse, the nightmares and traumas not by securing judicial victory only but by boldly sharing my story and calling out my transgressor robed in the vestiges of clerical power and pretence. I understood and accepted that by voicing out I was silencing the screams in the night.

Ever since my story broke, the reactions were mixed but largely comforting. I noted that otherwise hushed victims of rape and sexual abuse were taking a cue from my stoicism in the face of ridicule and opposition and sharing their equally appalling stories. It is in this response that my victory was sealed, in knowing that one woman’s boldness could encourage others and challenge the institutionalized silence and the repression of the victim’s narrative by a culture of guilt-tripping, stigma and an inexplicable clamour to make irrational excuses for sexual offenders.

Even so, there is much to be said about what transpired in court. In the court’s wisdom, my legal action is statue barred and that means the time has passed within which I could or should have initiated the suit.

The substance of the suit which is my allegations of sexual abuse leading to emotional distress on my person against Mr. Biodun Fatoyinbo has neither been entertained by the court nor ruled upon. I believe that the effect of the injurious claim is a continuous one that transcends time and place.

This has only made me to wonder more what a country we have? I was particularly surprised at the hearing of the case when the court said the file was missing and later when the court said my own processes cannot be found and finally the case is out of time. This only shows that we have a lot to address to bring sanity to our country.

Today, I am glad that my voice is not silenced and this is victory for me. I must encourage every woman out there to keep the pace and never stop voicing out against the evil of rape and sexual abuse. Do not be dispirited by today’s court decision.

No judgement has been made declaring the innocence of Mr. Biodun Fatoyinbo. It must be stated that while our experience have a shared theme, the circumstances are different. We must not give up for our victory lies more in finding our voice than anything else.

I thank my dear husband for his continuous support, friends, our legal team and all who have been standing with us on this as I assure you all I am very fine.

Till today I still find it difficult to believe in the existence of heaven and hell, it seems like the concept adopted in those days to bring about orderly society...
