I am not trying to exonerate tinubu in this care,but also blaming we electorates by accepting what tinubu presented to us. The case is an offer of acceptance or rejection. We could have rejected the offer and probably be on the safer side now. I hope we've learnt our lesson now.

People can decide to collect money from a specific party and still vote for another party. As much as you want to blame tinubu for bringing buhari into power,the electorates should be blamed most for selling their votes.
