I wouldn't agree with many opinion here. Firstly you shouldn't have presumed he's a fair weather guy just because he didn't offer to help you rather he went off. He might as well have assumed you were broke and he's not comfortable with the fact that he couldn't sort you out. Perhaps he was having bad times as well.

Secondly since you don't like letting people know when you're fasting then you shouldn't have told him you've not eaten. Abba it's an indirect way of seeking pity and assistance. Nothing justifies saying you've not eaten when you wouldn't give reason for it.

Going by the symptoms you stated, the rabbit is suffering from GIT, generally called BLOAT and this could have been as a result of overfeeding or under feeding, insufficient water, dirts accumulation, wrong feeding practices, feeding wet grasses. And this irregularity kills rabbits very fast. There the survival of the rabbit is a 50:50 chance as there is no guaranteed cure for it, especially when you don't on the first day. The best way to cure it is to prevent it from happening and when it does happen withdraw formulated feed from the rabbit and serve air dried or wilthered edible grasses, some farmers dissolve white flagyl in water and give twice on the first day then once on the subsequent days till the rabbit is fine, mixture of charcoal and about 1ml palm oil just once, aloevera and bitter leaf juice, cinnamon powder. You may be fortunate to have you rabbit's health back. All the best

Here is not a good place to source such data it will be good you go to nysc ministry or NBS. Even at that don't expect to have 2017 data

What have you been gathering if you don't know the admission process? Isn't that what you should first know?

Anyway, some school will accept your grade, if your last two years of study is higher (80% minimum), others won't. Generally, you will have to email your program to find out if you qualify for masters or a pre-master qualification program. All the best.
