ESQ OIL AND GAS SUMMIT

Description:
Notwithstanding the prolonged reforms of the legal and regulatory framework governing petroleum operations in the Nigerian oil and gas industry, especially due to the non-passage of the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB), international and local companies continue to find and take advantage of several investment opportunities. Such opportunities arise amidst substantial legal risks and regulatory challenges. How has the industry capitalized on the opportunities and dealt with the legal risks and regulatory challenges? Looking ahead, what are the options to be considered in creating a fair and effective legal/regulatory framework in the mid and long-term to enhance investments and growth in the industry? What are the implications of the extant legal and regulatory uncertainties on international petroleum industry expansion and volatile oil prices, including the shale oil and gas revolution e.t.c. for Nigeria?, How can Nigeria continue to attract investments and sustain the growth and development of its petroleum industry amidst competition from other Sub-Saharan African countries?, What are the available (mid and long term) options for creating an enabling and reliable legal and regulatory environment to boost oil and gas production/investments? and how can these options be implemented in Nigeria?, What are the opportunities and relevant challenges in a viable and robust Nigerian energy industry?, How can the law and governmental policies effectively sustain investments and operations in the offshore and frontier acreages? What are the challenges and solutions needed for a viable domestic refining and petrochemical sub-sector? What role will the local players play in the future prosperity of the sector? What lessons can they learn from the IOCs in designing their management, capital and equity structure? Will their emergence lead to a technology transfer or provide more high level jobs for the expatriates?

zeefa: Blood covenant cos of what? R we clued on rituals secrecy! That must b a joke of the century.

Twisted sexual orientation indeed! Well, am not sure u r making a good point on ur contributions. In as much as I seek ppls opinion on what to do, that doesn't make me a fool to ridicule inform of som1 willing to help or advice me on a critical issue that concerns me & my home.

If y need 2 ask Qs, Pls do me a favour of being diplomatic & flawless in d kind of words to use.

I kw am bound to receive so many sarcastic response on this thread but at d sametime, ppl shld mind what to sa in the cause of given advise.

Non of ur Qs deserves an answer cos they r notin but craps from a processing plant.

I read all comments from ppl including u. I have taken note of everything & I op 2 call the meeting if possible to allow her open up & state her grievances so as to see how 2 work on it to close up d headache.

@luvmijeje, I don't know what kind of reply to give to you personally, all I will say 4 now is thank u 4 following up with d thread. Atleast u showed concern thatz y u r here to comment. E se pupo. Thanks a lot.
This is quite funny. It just beats me whenever I see people ask for opinions, and yet don't want them at the same time.

I stand to gain nothing by ridiculing you, Mister. Neither do I hope for applauds, if your marriage succeeds or hits the rocks. I would apologise for my choice of adjective, which supposedly depicted a lack of diplomacy from my innocent inquiry...only, idk a subtler term that better describes a distortion of normal order. Fact!!
Not that a bad word usage or the presumptions of such, thereof, should bother a diplomat, as much as it did you, though.undecided

In all, you answered well enough, and I wish you well with whatever decision you reach.

#shuuu, werin consign me? huh
FamilyRe: She Threaten 2 Divorce Me If I Dont Dissociate Myself From My Best Friend. by Rocktation(f): 4:42pm On Mar 28, 2013
Yes, as I've also noticed that you haven't exactly accepted any advice from anybody on this thread - both ladies and men together, that asks you to weaken the not-so-natural cohesion that's between you and your buddy, and thus, give more attentiveness to your wife's wishes. Which begs the question- is there more to this brotherhood, than you're letting on? Like a blood covenant or forgive my bluntness, twisted sexual orientation?
I mean, it's not like my right to demand the complete truth, BUT inquisitive minds cannot help, but wanna know! undecided

FamilyRe: She Threaten 2 Divorce Me If I Dont Dissociate Myself From My Best Friend. by Rocktation(f):
But seriously, what d'you discuss with a man for two hours everyday, over the phone? Surely you resolve some of the issues you discuss on each day, without having to relive the discussions, on another day naaaa! Or is it that you just got married and away from each other? It is absurd, walahi.

Wife and husband alike, crave attention, for mental stimulation if nothing else. Denying her for reasons not so tangible as "gisting with my guy", is even having no concept of respect for her. You have a life and need your space, but so does she and yet she makes time for both of you. Imagine if she digs up a friend now and begins to call her everyday, for two hours before bedtime...after your own call session. Hmmn.

Being truly committed to your marriage, means that you are willing to take sacrifices to keep it alive. The challenge is that the commitment to taking active steps to maintain the union, means that you may not get your way in certain areas. Reduce all those calls oga, or call him in your free time at work. Don't use another's reggae to spoil your own blues abeg.

I don advice you my own be dat oo.

I did not need a response to have known that she couldn't have said such. Celebrities across the atlantic, tend to have more class and finesse. No kidding.
