Of cos, we want to be talked to! ![]() They're environmentally conscious, so always approach them in less- crowded places. I'm not saying that you should scare them now, like follow them into the ladies' or any weird stuff like that, no. Just understand that they're always excessively concerned about what all the other people think of them...when they are present. They're likely to only open up and tell you bits about themselves, when you're telling them about you. So of cos, you should do more of the talking, and not ask too many questions. Most likely, they will either reply to the things you said or make a comment about it. Most of the time, we like to laugh. So keep the conversation light and funny, and don't stare too hard and long. Give us lil breaks to hide our faces, so we can smile in comfort at your jokes. Lol. Oh, scrap that! ![]() Anyways, in all, just be friendly in a subtler way, than when dealing with the not-so-shy type. Disclaimer: I've long outgrown my shyness...only, I still can't let myself go in the music and dance like "never before" in public. ![]() |
@Topic: it doesn't always translate to fake love, either. |
Orikinla: Ozone is too rowdy and their restaurant is not classy.Hilarious indeed! Coming from someone who mentioned Whispering palm. ![]() |
nitlad: Only...this only means that blind bats of a different ilk, do not get hood-winked by pictures. Meaning that irrespective of the fact that they do not get hoodwinked, they are still what they are - blind bats.....Which further translates to - every entity that does not get hoodwinked by pictures, is infact, a blind bat. Meaning, since you and I do not get hoodwinked by pictures, however, we are still what we are...blindbats! ![]() |
I might add Blow me one last kiss- Pink. |
Every new dawn brings more beauty her way. Ini Benjamin Button. ![]() |

Plarp: Equating an abusive husband to traditional women is a logically fallacy. An evil man is going to be an evil man, it doesn't matter how the woman acts. How wonderful of you to counter your own view. ![]() |

“ADOPT AN IDEA” Fundraising Gala Description Eight young innovators will present their unique ideas to you and others like you who are truly committed to Africa’s development. It is our hope that you will be able to adopt one or two of these ideas to ensure that these young people’s visions are implemented. Africa has recently established itself as the new global investment hub and is experiencing unprecedented growth that will continue for years to come. With more young people in its population than any other continent, Africa’s inability to effectively incorporate the economic participation of its youth poses immense social challenges. It has been recognized that encouraging entrepreneurship and a culture of self-sustenance amongst African youth is the strongest weapon in the battle against rising youth unemployment rates. At YALDA, we also believe in harnessing the potential of Africa’s youth. All over Africa young minds are brimming with solutions to the continent’s most pressing issues, and it is essential that we give these youth the avenues and resources to successfully bring these ideas to fruition in their respective countries and communities. In partnership with Lagos Business School, we hosted the YALDA 2012 Conference themed “Innovation and Creativity for a Better Africa: Implementing your Dreams!” from the 4th -7th October to address these very unique issues with international media coverage from both CNN and Voice of America. But we believe we can do more. YALDA welcomes your support of their work helping young Africans take charge and contribute to Africa’s development. We have reserved seating for one (1) table of ten (10)—a great way to include your sales staff and top clients to showcase your company’s strong support of youth development in Africa.
