You shud have waited for sometime b4 applying to Canada. Mayb a year or more. It will look like u are desperate to travel by all means.

I started Canada processing on January coz I had to apply to sch, wait for admission, pay acceptance and do the likes. I now applied for visa officially on July 12, 2018 and I was denied November 14. After 4months and 2 days.

Travel / U.S And Canada Rejected Applicants. by Rodeoz(m): 9:33pm On Mar 16, 2019
I don’t even know how to begin but I sure know what happened to me. Eeeerm, okay.

Sometimes around 2017, I started processing U.S(B1 B2) and I booked an appointment at the Embassy. I couldn’t wait for Jan. 9, 2018 to go for my interview.

I’d memorized all I was gonna say accompanied with the mannerism, I was over the moon and almost confident I would be granted as thou I was going to meet my Uncle.

Jan. 9, I dressed up and left my hotel room at Obalende to Walter bla bla bla Crescent. To cut the story short, I was denied and almost immediately I started pursuing Canada Visa. I applied to a sch(Nbcc) and I was given admission, I paid the acceptance fee and I started applying at the embassy. After 3/4 months of applications and bio metric I was denied again. 2 denials in one year.

Right now, I’m just chilling and looking for a job. I think I should relax. I’ve spent millions of Naira already.

Properties / Fire Outbreak At Awori-bustop Abule-egba Lagos. by Rodeoz(m): 5:28am On Dec 19, 2018
In the early hours of today 2/3:am, there was a major fire outbreak in my street. Arowolo Street. The whole place just lit up and the whole neighborhood filled the street. It was reported that some people must have vandalized the NNPC Pipeline in the area.

The Sawmill in the area is gone, the tipper garage is gone. Houses and shops burnt beyond recognition.

Insanity is a terrible ailment.

Unfortunately, it tends to run in
certain families.

You must avoid such families when
looking for a spouse.

I know of a family that has such a curse.

They had many brilliant children.
One of the boys went on to become
a fully qualified, brilliant & practicing
Medical Doctor....

....Then, his inherited trait of insanity came along;
now he wanders around motor parks &
market, half nayked.

A fully qualified Doctor,.... Imagine!!! shocked

Take heart mehn.

It can be really painful, especially after waiting for so long.

If it's indeed a refusal (although I should subtle say that I think I have read here someone got approval without medical), just go through the denial reasons and re-apply. If you have time on your hands you may want to order for your GCMS note.

Thanks very much Bro.
I'm going to vfs tmrw so as to see the outcome. I feel funny about it. I heard it's possible to be approved without medicals.
Thanks for the soothing words as well.

I've just been denied.
After 4months and 2days.

Paper route.
Applied on the 12th July, 2018.
No upfront medicals.

After months of waiting I just got an sms from vfs now that my processed passport is ready for collection. I guess that's it right?!
Denial.

Excruciatingly painful.

Or is it possible that..........
Nah...I don't think so. It's denial.

Hello Nairalanders,

I want to encourage you with Esther 6 vs 1-3. ''On that night the king could not sleep. And he gave orders to bring the book of memorable deeds, the chronicles, and they were read before the king.''.

I decree that a book of remembrance is opened upon our Canada visa applications this morning.

For each and every person who's timeline has elapsed and it seems that we have been forgotten, that the visa officers responsible for our applications will lose sleep until they have attended to and until our applications are favored, and our approvals are granted in the mighty name of Jesus.

vs 3, ''And the king said, “What honor or distinction has been bestowed on Mordecai for this?” The king’s young men who attended him said, “Nothing has been done for him.”

I decree that our applications right from this moment begin to receive priority and that the entire host of heaven begins to fast track it in the mighty name of Jesus.

Just as the King lost sleep until Mordecai was rewarded, as we have prayed, fasted, waited on God, I hereby decree by the power invested in me as a daughter of the most high God, that all the visa officers and staff responsible for all applications that have exceeded processing times begin to lose sleep until we are favored in the mighty name of Jesus. They will all not rest until they have done the will of God concerning our applications in Jesus name.

..... and the house shouts a thunderous AMEN!!!.

Have a miracle-filled week in Jesus name. Amen.

goingforward.

I wana assume u are an Online applicant, if u are, then there is no how you can track ur application on VFS site. Login to ur CIC account and monitor ur application from there. Tracking is meant for applicants with paper route that have not linked their application online. Peace

It happened to me too.
It's not online it's via paper.

After 13 weeks of waiting, it's a refusal for me based on purpose of visit. Kinda suspected due to my study gap of 10yrs but i was hoping my well written SOP will convince the immigration officer.

Im not gonna bother to reapply, going with my plan B to get a masters in d UK and then apply for EE in 2yrs.

Thanks guys for all ur support.

I'm so sorry for that.
God will open a better way.
I pray your plan B works out fine.

This is the 13th week for me too.

I pray and hope I'm granted.

It's really annoying.
Like wtf is wrong. It's so inappropriate.
I've submitted mine over 3months now. Does that mean I have nothing else to do with my life and passport.?! Why holding onto it for so long.

It's crazy, honestly.

Thanks for the prayer.
Amen.
I can't wait to get the hell outta here.

Naijaforeigner:
Honestly, these Canada guys are trying rubbish with Nigerians in Nigeria. I see so many people who submitted via paper route having their passports held for close to 3 months (Exceeding processing times) and still end up been refused?

They cannot try that nonsense outside Nigeria. I applied for Canada visa in London via paper route and I did not submit my passport, no medicals and no police character certificate requested. Imagine holding one’s passport for 3-5 months and no one is complaining about this nonsense?

Same thing with USA visa process. They treat Nigerians like shit in Nigeria. I applied for USA visa in Belfast last year and process was so smooth and orderly. Everyone was smiling.

The major reason one has to just leave Nigeria. Once you get to Canada, you will see how you will be getting visas of other countries easily from Canada. Nigeria no just Dey try. I just feel like ranting on a Sunday, make una forgive me.

For all those still expecting visa approvals, may the Almighty God perfect all that concerns you all.
