Beside, on what ground is PDP suing? Are they a party to APC primary? At this stage, only APC members who participated in the primary can sue the candidate. The case is just a waste of everybody’s time.

You need to read where it was stated that there was no sworn affidavits to that effect.

As for the governor, the allegation against him is so funny. No court in Nigeria will disqualify a candidate for discrepancies in the date of his/her previous work experience. Work experience is not even a requirement for contesting for any elective post in Nigeria so the case is dead on arrival.
