You still don't understand many things. I need not to exchange words with many of you guys. There are lots you need to understand or look into. Bringing a good policy doesn't mean you will be the one to fully implement the policy.

If I may ask you, what do you understand by the term privatization and what are the relevance of privatization? When is it proper to apply privatization method?
