First, communication is KEY in any organization. U must be able to pass your message across in simple and clear terms. Now, one may be pardoned for certain things - little errors here and there, thick accents,e.t.c if one is really good at what one does. However, a combination of poor English and dearth of knowlege,may not be so easily forgiven.

okay. I got my invite for the test. I applied for supply chain trainee and I got confirmation mail after applying then.

well, me loves the smell of coconut oil o. About shea butter, once its on your skin, the smell just, well, goes.... Perhaps you should look for very good shea butter. I think there are different types, and maybe this affects how long the smell stays. If u get shea butter thats'consumption grade'(the type that u can cook with) I think it'll be less smelly. Just my opinion.

I applied for supply chain trainee, and yet to get an invite for the assessment. I really hope its in batches per department, as you guys are postulating here. I tire for job search o.
