This is the best advice for you, any country you go to; it Will take you minimum of 5-7 years to stand straight that is if you are lucky. you must be ready to go back to school. that 4m can take you to USA or Canada. but you have a better chance in Canada than here in USA because of the way American is right now. you cannot get paper to stay. Canada is a little bit okay for now. Do not trust anyone with your money many of them are scammer. Best of lucky.

Op if you are single, that money is enough for proof of funds for Canada Express entry. Read through the Canada Express entry thread, you just need at least a year of experience in relevant occupation, language test(IELTS) and education to be qualified. Read through the thread and try to understand what I am telling you. You can do it yourself, you don’t need agent and the 4m still belongs to you, you just need to show the Canadian government you can take care of yourself before getting a job before they can issue you a permanent resident visa.
