I really don't get why people are shocked and sad lampard was sacked, as a Chelsea fan shouldn't your mind be conditioned that no manager last?
After years of sacking coaches some people are still shocked and sad. I know in a year or two tuchel will also go so when he is sacked I won't be surprised because I am already conditioned.

The sack method has worked for us, with lampard we would have gone two seasons without a trophy which I can't remember when it happened last.

Lampard does not have what it takes to deliver the EPL or UCL to us, not today, not in 7years time. He needs to back and learn basics of his trade, and we can't afford him the luxury of doing that with this club.
