wheezyoung:You read every single page and post?! You try o! Tiri gbosa for you! |
GrandMufti:Glo, what did I do to you? |
alt3r3g0:Dumped the network. Can't even find my SIM. |
alt3r3g0:Surulere. See their 4G service but the network is so erratic that sometimes I don't even get 3G. |
alt3r3g0:I dey Lagos too. Don't even get service sometimes |
fibonacci2526:They're probably daunted by 325 pages and almost 12,000 posts. ![]() |
Dellawson:The bolded is contradictory, or maybe I misunderstood you . Clarify. • You don't hear your phone when it rings (the ring tone doesn't play?) • You hear the receiver but they receiver doesn't hear you even with your speaker on except you use an earpiece. For the second part since the receiver doesn't hear you even with the speaker on except with an earpiece the problem should be with your microphone. If might be dirty/ clogged up. It's in the small hole usually underneath your device. Use a needle or so to "chuck" it to clear it. If it's clear and it still doesn't work you may need to repair it |
Dieumerci:Read the FAQ: https://www.nairaland.com/post/53579932 |
oyb:Honestly Ntel's saving grace is the fact that their data is unlimited. From what I can see here if they don't fix their epileptic network and cap the data they'll lose more than half their customers in a week. |
oyb:Sai Baba! It was ₦40,000 or so last year, even the Mifi that was ~17k is now more than 20k. At least it comes with unlimited data for a month. |
alt3r3g0:On what planet does Glo give up to 3.5MB/s? |
Macdove02:MTN gives double data bonus: buy 1.5GB and get 3GB, buy 5GB and get 10GB. 10GB is ₦5,000, so if you buy 10GB you're given another 10Gb device bonus making 20GB. |
oyb:I think it's the ZTE MF280 router... |
Dam5reey:At least voice calls are working for you. Nothing works, voice calls, OTP, 2FA. Very annoying. And to reverse it is war, the customer care agents say the program is down. I'm porting on Monday.. |
Dam5reey:Off topic.. What network did you do DND? Since I did it on my Etisalat line I'm unable to receive OTPs... Disabled it and it's still the same. |
Dam5reey:It was delivered to your house? Lucky you! Were you asked for ID card? |
noobody:Tip: if the item you're purchasing is not up to $200, with the first card purchase an item first directly before you fund your AliExpress pocket. Then you can use the second card to either complete the transaction or fund your wallet. That's what I did and I've never ever had to appeal since I opened the account. Your Mileage May Vary. |
Dam5reey:Either they call, send a message, or deliver a slip to your address asking you to pick up your package. For some items they deliver it directly for your address when screen protector and earpiece ordered were delivered to my home address, but for the phones a slip was delivered instead and I had to take the slip to collect the phone after paying a ₦500 "handling charge" |
Damoxy:http://www.playgiftcard.com Go to that site, buy a Google Play gift card, enter the email address it should be sent to. It will be sent to that email, then open Play store on your phone, redeem the gift card (enter the alpha numeric characters). It's like a wallet service and you can use it to purchase apps and games on the Play store only. Apparently the above method only works if your address is set to the US. Try the method below : http://www.patchworkoftips.com/nigerian-debit-cards-google-play-store/5677/ |
Memphisbleek:The limit for Nigerian naira cards is $100 per month for banks that allow foreign transactions on their card. You can use the $100 every calendar month, regardless of the date you made use of it the previous month. If you use your January limit on the 15th of January you don't have to wait till February 14th to use February's limit, you can use it from 1st of February, and so on. It's already explained in the FAQ. |
Damoxy:Use UBA or purchase a Google Play gift card. |
itunity007:2-3 weeks. |

Rozaystunna:Just input your home address and zip code, and know the closest post office to you, because that's where it will be delivered to. |
Rozaystunna:Your package will be delivered to any where in Nigeria, provided you have a post office near you. Did you read the FAQ? |
itzneek:Follow these steps: https://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/general/tutorial-how-to-flash-factory-image-t2513701 It will wipe your device. |
