greatgod2012: These people think the muslims will allow them to divide their religion, they dont know anything.....im not a muslim o, but i dont like d division in xtanity. How much do u know about islam ? Who told u they aren't divided ? Pls do ur research well abeg. |
centje: the same they say about enuguare u for real ![]() ![]() ![]() |
some people do have this believe that IMO state will run into serious debts crises in no time with the way its being presently marshaled by Rochas. They feel he's sill very naïve about governance . |
work had the better of me today. Feel so bad I wasn't present to follow people up on their take on the issue. Well lemme quickly read through the thread and see what we've got . BRB |
It is very wrong o, no go dey ask man wey dey Hot that kind rubbish Q. |
vykte: Mikel : I was beating around d bush,missing out on d salient points, I had a D.Lovely . ![]() |
realsammie: BARTON : I dont care if i pass the exam or not as far as i make others not t pass.I'm in love with these 2. This is lovely piece. |
afam4eva: I don't think pledges should really be used in Nigeria because all governors never fulfill all their promised. I would rather use their monthly allocation and what they ahve done with it to rate them. For example Rochas promised to build over 300 schools but i will rate him very high if he can build only 20.True and funny sha. Judging them based on their promises would be a very difficult one ,if we choose to do it that way u and I know that none of them will score above 20% All I want to know is if really we've had any improvement in governance in these states . Any improvement what so ever, no matter hw little. |
afam4eva: Security should be removed as one of the criteria because the security apparatus of the states are controlled by the federal government. There's little or nothing that the states can do in this regard.I know exactly where u are going to , but one thing should be clear: What extra measure has these governors carried out in tackling their individual security challenges confronting them in their state. Atleast I do know that the ABIA state govt just recently gave NPF "abia stat chapter" a fleet of hilux vans in curbing the security challenges in the state.(Though being perceived as a media stunt by some people ) ----Bottom line is It is he that wears the shoes that knows exactly were it pinches . |
Eko Ile: And what have they all done to merit the so called award? Even the person wet never build 1 latrine too dry get award. Only in AGIPA land..I'm not sure u've ever visited the east b4. Surely u are one of those that thinks lagos is the beginning and end of Nigeria . Guy I would advice u travel and stop exposing urself here. |
realsammie: BARTON : I dont care if i pass the exam or not as far as i make others not t pass.I'm in love with these 2. |
ypzilanti: T.A. Orjibro y are u laughing? He could just be the person to emerge the winner. Afterall I usually see his adverts on his achievements on our local stations. Or don't u watch T.V ? |
airroseice: TWITTER for me.abeg brother, what do u really enjoy in twitter ? |
ifee-gee: ![]() For now I'll still want to reserve my comment on this governor so that people will air their views . |
pedestal82: Definitly Nairaland, bored with fb, never bothered with twitter, hv even 4goten my handle name!Oh boi we are the same o ![]() I don forget my twitter handle tay-tay. Really I don't see the reason y I should be stalking person about like say I be fly wey dey follow nyansh wey shit fool inside. Just maybe I'm old skool sha, it doesn't just work for me. |
mine would have to be PAGE 9 He's not the normal conventional everyday guy that post anywhere and everywhere . He's a business man to the core. Hence his presence in the business section most times. Again he's always ready to assist upcoming entrepreneurs without any fee. Why I like most because of his humility and his open nature ----- YES he's in the oil and gas sector but that doesn't make him proud @all. ABOVE all, he's a fantastic writer. |
itos: boy u are wrong not all ladies atleast there are still decent & faithful one's out there but u guys prefer the bling bling girlsU are dead wrong dear, look a guys that knows his priority and know what he wants from a relationship wouldn't see a bling-bling girl and a well mannered girl and go for former,NEVER. Except the guy is just out for what we tag "relationship". |

IF U WERE TO GIVE AN AWARD TO THE BEST SOUTH EAST GOVERNOR, WHO WOULD THAT BE ? THE CRITERIAS ARE : (1) SECURITY:: How well are the people in his state faring in respect to security issues and challenges that has bedevilled the region"eastern Nigeria" in recent years. In your own judgment (pls not bias judgment) do u think we've had an iota of improvement? Have there been any concrete measure(s) In stamping out kidnapping, robbery etc and other evil vices vises has it worked. .(2) INFRASTRUCTURE: Since he emerged governor, what are those conspicuous changes he's brought to the fore in his state? What has he built ? Are the civil servants working in good working environments? Has his government put up befitting standard structures like markets, hospitals, schools, transportation and most importantly ROADS to better the living standard of his subjects etc ? THESE and other positive things a govt ought to do for her people is all I seek in this thread. Ofcourse we all do know the names of the state governors in the 5 eastern states. The states and its governors are: Peter Obi = Anambra Rochas Okorocha = Imo TA Orji = Abia Martin Elechi = Ebonyi Sullivan Chime = Enugu

Pritheeann: naija qals don do yu stronq tin...no b smallNo be small thing o, I know wetin I don use my eyes see for where Naija girls dey. |
Sisi_Kill: When it comes to buying shoes, we are so selective and conscientious about it. To make sure it is just the right fit, we try it on over and over and over again, check it out from the left, check it from the right, check it out on tippy toes, check it out using a back mirror before paying for it and if, when we get home, we try it on again and notice it gives us a tiny pinch. . .we return it without a second thought. But it comes to Churches and the decisions we make when it concerns our papas, mama, mommies and daddies we hesitate even if it a matter of life and death. |
@ poster , pls keep worshiping mommy at the expense of ur child's well being. |
TroGunn: This FG police is not helpful. States should be in charge of their own security. The buck should go no further than the state capital. This Abuja-centricity is killing us. The IG is stretched responding to BH attacks here and there in the North and robberies here and there in theSouth.oh boi stop deceiving urself , the answer is no state or federal police. Infact the boys don't even recognise which is which, all they know is that they are hungry and they must survive. The answer is in tackling unemployment . |
pDudd: Good this is a very sensible post. No matter how our govt tries to tackle the country's security challenges,it will never win the battle else they do something drastic about the country's rising unemployment problems. With the way the youths are going ! A good number of them seem prepared for death rather than staying and watching the rich poring them dust each day with their jeeps. For young active men to damn the looming lurking danger within the premises of the police station and go ahead to attack the Nigerian police speaks volume. |
tpacalipse: Single and extremely happy. Nothing can beat being single in Naija, trust me. Give up ur single life and u are dead.oh boi u are right on point o. Call our Naija ladies cannibals if u like, u wouldn't be wrong @ all . I FEAR THEM , I FEAR THEM WITH A PASSION. |
coogar: the problem is ignorance, stupidity and the non-challant attitude.....Talking about se--x, I'm a very disciplined young man when it comes to this subject ......... As a matter of fact I completely believe in TOTAL abstinence. But on the latter, "using the public's clipper" , my nonchalant attitude comes to play. I'll really try hard on working on it ooo cos I like this my life. |

Its a pity, I weep for my country. And to think that south africa is not in anyway richer than Nigeria makes me soooo bitter |
