Bro, I didn't Uninstall any app oh.. I tried all solutions posted here expect wipeing the phone thou.. I didn't wipe nor reinstall the OS...
-- I pressed the up and down volume key together abt 12secs.. all to no avail.
-- I also restarted d device so many times and open video icon and click on start camera bt all to no avail.

the Camera just open by itself yesterday ni oo

a small advice; remove your memory card....switch off the phone....switch it on again....wait five mins....start your camera...if it works, save pisshures to device. insert your mcard while still on....open camera, take a shot...a pop appears "media card detected, save photos to media card" click on NO....lets see how far. if this don't work, go to cv meet with a good engineer let him loose the camera, clean the board and fix it back.

Thanks to all those who help about my camera; it's now working back... dnt even know wat I did that made it to start working

welcome to the league of faulty Q5 cameras bruh! ...my engineer said it is the camera board and to replace it costs 4k.... I didn't have the cash so I told him to clean the board...he did and the Damn camera is working now for two days...when I get the 4k, i"ll goan fix it once and for all....love my phone Mehn. #Q5 #BB10

Try a hard reset. Hold your power button for 10secs. If that doesn't work, try wiping the device or upgrade OS. Dont forget to backup important data

You can't uninstall...which OS version are you on? If you're not on the latest, I suggest you install the latest official OS version for your device

Am running on OS 10.2.1.3062 and it's still d latest for my Q5

i just tried to replicate what you tried to do and i noticed your cursor was still in the text box!!!!

the send button is only activated after you tap the pin below the text box to confirm the characters typed represent a PIN, that is only when the send button becomes active

In my case bro, it doesn't even display the pin below at all so there's nothing I can tap to comfirm the verification of the pin... maybe i'll just uninstall and reinstall

how many BBM contacts do you have? a stress test was conducted on the BBM on BB10 in 2013 and it shows you could have up to 2000 BBM contacts before you start noticing any slow downs

i'm surprised you are unable to add contact...have you tried to use other means of adding contacts?

I have just 167 contacts, what other means??

That's strange. I tried recreating your problem however, after typing the pin, I tapped on it and d send option became available. Try deleting the bbm,restart,then reinstall. That's all I can think of.

When I type a pin I want to add, it doesn't bring out the send option for me to be able to click on it.
It wasn't like this before.. I started noticing it when I got the latest Bbm version

Get a pregnant lizard, extract d foetus.

Yeah am a student actually in my Finals.. The lecture theaters are ok and somehw convenient, and lectures ain't badt too.. The thing abt admission is wen u av good grade in ur Putme by scoring 50 and above and u still know someone to hlp follow up, u'll definitely get admission.
Most students dat choose Agric courses don't relli av difficulty in getting admission.
