Politics / Re: Twitter Ban: Facebook, Instagram Must Register As Businesses In Nigeria – FG by Rossiminku: 6:06pm On Jun 09, 2021 |
GreenFarmsNG: Twitter needs Nigeria 1,000 times more than Nigeria needs Twitter. And if any of the platforms refuse to comply with Nigerian law, they will be kicked out of the Nigerian market. Now run along and go sing for your white master, little slaveboy. 128 Likes 23 Shares |

MansoryMX: Dumbo, you will buy meat from Argentina and Spain and USA with dollars. Do you have a clue how out of reach the prices of food will be for ordinary Nigerians, if you have to import basics from Spain and Argentina and USA? You claim to be educated yet you reason like a donkey. 1 Like |

TUTU147: Cope how? 80% of the food you eat comes from the north. If that supply suddenly stops, you would STARVE. Hunger and scarcity will not pander to your sky-high ego. |

Exactly the way the landlocked Biafra will BEG to rejoin Nigeria. They are inside Nigeria, but say they want their own country. It's the dumbest thing. They will just create a small prison for themselves like Lesotho did. 2 Likes |

ifiokjohn: Ignorant kid talking rubbish. Rwanda has one city which it poured all its resources into. Nigeria has numerous cities with widespread infrastructural development, from roads and bridges/flyovers to rail and air facilities. And you dare to compare her with Rwanda? Name one place outside Kigali you know. Just one place. Same as Namibia. Name one place outside Windhoek. Nothing. Ghana, same thing. These are small countries with one nice city surrounded by villages. You go there, stay in their city, and start claiming those countries are "better than Nigeria." Dumbos. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: What Would Happen To Nigeria If The US Imposed Trade Sanctions On Us? by Rossiminku: 3:55pm On Jun 09, 2021 |
VictorUSA: If a tiny country with few resources like Zimbabwe could survive, Nigeria can MORE THAN survive. She could actually thrive as a result, like Iran did. After the west imposed sanctions, Iran began building her own power plants, fighter jets and commercial aircraft. Before the sanctions they were importing all those things. So the west might be doing us a favour by imposing sanctions. It might even help unify the country. Nothing unifies like collective victimisation. |

socialmediaman: You don't measure the spending power of a population by the size of the annual budget, which is simply the money accruing to the FG in a year, but by GDP, which calculates the sum total of all economic activity in a nation in a given year. By that calculation, Nigeria, with an annual GDP if 1.16 TRILLION dollars calculated by PPP (Purchasing Power Parity), far surpasses any African nation. And that figure will only increase in the years ahead, with Nigeria projected to become the 3rd most populous nation and biggest consumer market on Earth after India and China by 2050. Nigeria cannot be bullied by the west. |

VictorUSA: He is 100% correct. Tell me what exactly Nigeria needs from the West which it cannot either manufacture by itself, or purchase from China, India, Brazil, Russia, etc? |
Politics / Re: What Would Happen To Nigeria If The US Imposed Trade Sanctions On Us? by Rossiminku: 3:39pm On Jun 09, 2021 |
socialmediaman: The Zimbabwean sanctions were the price the masses were willing to pay to give a future and stake in their country to their succeeding generations, rather than remain perpetual slaves and tenants to a minority white population on their own ancestral land. |
Politics / Re: What Would Happen To Nigeria If The US Imposed Trade Sanctions On Us? by Rossiminku: 2:56pm On Jun 09, 2021 |
socialmediaman: Zimbabwe has largely recovered, after successfully redistributing their land from whites only to ALL citizens, despite evil western sanctions. |
Politics / Re: The West Only Began To Enjoy Constant Light In The 1960s, So Nigeria Is On Track by Rossiminku: 2:44pm On Jun 09, 2021 |
WoundedLamb: First of all, electricity was not "invented". It was discovered. Electricity is a naturally occurring phenomenon, as seen inter alia by lightning. Indeed, our physical bodies comprise electrically charged atoms and neutrons. Also, Nigeria, like everywhere else, has 'harnessed' electricity, but, as is the case with EVERY large, developing country, is still in the process of making it available to all citizens 24/7. That is largely due to the expense and time involved in spreading power supply to hundreds of millions of people. EVERY western nation of large size experienced that time gap between harnessing electricity, and making it widely available, which is the point of this thread, so your post is baseless. |

careytommy37: If you had a working brain, you would ask yourself why South Korea and other 'tiger economies' are so radically different from their neighbours, Burma, Nepal, North Korea, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia etc, in terms of development. After WW2 the victorious allies engaged in massive transfer of technology, massive funding, and huge credit flows to a select group of Asian countries, which included South Korea, to create a capitalist bulwark in the Asia-Pacific against Soviet communist influence. They also gave unprecedented western market access to those countries to sell their finished goods. That was what led to the industrialisation of those 4 or 5 selected countries. It was externally generated. Without that western intervention, South Korea would be no different from Cambodia or Myanmar. |

ifiokjohn: You're a lying ignoramus so SHUT UP. Have you actually been to Rwanda, you dunce? To claim they are more developed than Nigeria just shows you are a dunce, with no concept of what development is. Mumu with no brain. You see a tidy capital, Kigali. Translation: Rwanda is more developed than Nigeria! Like a baby asked to bathe who washes only his belly, you have not researched what exists outside Kigali (IE nothing), but have reached a conclusion on their standard of development. 2ndBase: Grammar speaker, Nigeria will NOT be sharing any assets with you, WHATEVER you read on Google. AND you will not secede with the Niger Delta. Nobody owes Igbos anything. You wanna go, go, and stop disturbing everyone. If all Igbos went back home and declared a new country called Biafra or whatever, nobody will bother them. Do it. 1 Like |

Ekpeitit: Very well said. A region with no resources wants to steal Niger Delta oil and use it to form a new country where they will be No. 1. These Igbos think we are stupid sha. They don't want to secede with Igboland alone. They must go with the south-south. Oil grabbing, greedy thieves masquerading as freedom fighters. 2 Likes |
