In recent times, it is performed as a form of entertainment by young ladies with supple bodies.

Omuru-onwa and Agbacha-ekuru-nwa

This dance strictly performed by married women, generally involves a responsive movement of the body, in a rhythmic fashion to hip-swinging music. Married women and new mothers used such entertaining opportunities to exercise, lose weight, shed baby-fats and stay healthy through weekly rehearsals.

Never pause your life waiting on a dream.
Forgiveness is very important for any relationship to work.
Trust is very essential in every relationship, don't marry someone you can't trust or has once broken your trust for them and you can't let it slide.
Take some decisions without involving a third party.
