Go back and edit ur profile, look out for any info u must have left out, once u have filled d necessary info, the submit button will come up.

that is impossible cos u are no longer a corp member and i dont think u can edit since u av submitted, well incase of nxt tym jst know iz d number at d top of ur certificate that starts with an alphabet like someone rightly mentioned.

i used ucbrowser. its their, check d top, by the right, u will see the application dashboard

i experienced d same thing, just click on edit application, go through
the form and make sure u didnt omit any information, that was d reason
mine i didnt see d submit button at first.
