How do you guys think you can reduced excessive wastage of pop cement and fillas while installing pop ceiling.
I observed that ready made imported board reduces wastage but what about casting on site type?

Also about 5-10% of the total cost of construction will go for overhead and profit for your construction handler e.g builder

Did you know that 90-95pec building that is above six stories building required pile foundation no matter the type of soil.

Most of these fancy mixers are meant to run with a pressure pump as they have smaller inners for water flow. A client had similar experience and it's solution is getting quality "full-open" mixers n faucets. Usually don't come so fancy though but gets the job done. You can browse through Sweet-home product in your locality (not an advert) they mostly come in knobs-style open and close

Reason why it’s good to use full inner gauge gate valve for central toilet control to allow full pressure water supply into toilet and kitchen.
Only that to get good quality now is very scarce,, instead we used stop cock mostly now and this doesn’t allow full water passage at a go.

Please let gard people with right information. Every building as different history. If you see me write anything here is from my personal experience NOT them say I did it. I just finished one of his similar case I build the house in 94 with every government approve. Chose to renovate 2 years ago just like everyone else, government official show up asking for renovating permit, don't have one I thought its was a joke fast forward continue work. they can back few weeks later with stop work Order. As stubborn man I call my connection at the top in Alausa. He told me I should know better their are process I have to follow before I start now. He sent me back to the local branch, to continue the process. When they sent me the requirements I look at it as waste of resources on the old house I chose to bring down the house, that when the drama start all over, all those requirements which I follow through. I couldn't believe this people have so much time to come for inspection, from set back, checking if what we have on drawing is what we are building as we progress, on the project even till the roofing stange. So please if they don't come for you, don't think the dont work . You may just be lucky. If they caught you at the middle, trust me you will pay all those fees

What you said is 100% on point unless if you build in hidden area and they didn’t notice on time, once they notice it they will still serve you letter..
