I was drinking with an employee of the clinic.. and he told me.. my wife never resigned... instead she dropped a letter for leave of absence.. I confronted her with the information... she fought me and made a scene, now I feel I'm done with the marriage... what do I do... I have been reading your replies.. and the ignorance most of you spew is bewildering. Ibori as a man first of all came to govt with a lot of money. 1. Company or Organization pays you a certain percentage before work (e.g 705 ) and complete payment after job (30%)
2. Company pays All before job is executed
3. You finance all the payment yourself and the company pays you after job is done.


I will advice you that you should never attempt [size=13pt]2[/size], its risky and if project is big way above your capital you will have to source for funds of might be difficult. Also to avoid stories of the organization not paying you after job done do not attempt case 3.

Please, Please Please avoid payment case 2. I had a nasty experience on this. I never lost, it was one, if not the most successful business deal i have done till ,date, however i had to go sourcing for loan. No one gave me listening ears, i had to source for funds. Though all things went well and i executed the job well.

Lesson i Learnt: Never try to go above your ability all in the name of pleasing a client.

I have always been interested in doing contracts for myself. I helped my dad's company execute a contract for an oil and gas coy between 2014 and 2015. I registered my own (ltd) in 2015.. my major problem is I don't even know how to write a proposal for a contract.
