Hello everybody. Sorry I was banned from commenting on this thread by Nairaland anti-spam bot. I don’t know possible ways we can make this not to happen again. But I will keep doing what I can. So back to the tutorial. I will take this time to answer some of the questions on my mentions first.

Q1. Can I Do This with my Android Phone?

Yes. You can blog with an Android phone. But you can’t carry out keyword research and setup your blog with it. I think the best option is to borrow a friend’s system for a day or two to setup your blog. You can proceed to blog with your phone.

Q2. Must we use Ahrefs for Validation?

As I mentioned, Ahrefs is an optional but important tool. I prefer to run my niche across all these platforms to get a proper green light before I start. You can try the $ 7, 7 days trials on Ahrefs. 2 or 3 of you can contribute money to a nairalander (not myself) to subscribe to the 7 days trials. The person can proceed to share the login details with others. This is about being smart.

Q3. Explain Google Keyword Planner Better?

As someone rightly pointed out. The Google Keyword Planner is a keyword planning tool for webmasters. To access it, Visit the Google ads website. Sign-up for an account or sign in if you already have an account. Go to ‘Tools & settings , then click on Keyword planner. We will be working with the ‘Discover new keywords option’.

So, I am going to assume I'm training beginners. People that have never blogged in their entire life. So if this is your first time, don't worry. I will carry everybody alone.

For starters, you will need to budget money for Hosting, Domain Name and SSL certification. Every other thing we will use will be pretty much free or optional. You can purchase these from a Nigerian host. I'm not recommending any of them. Carry out your research and make your choice. You can get all those for N15,000 to N20,000 from a Nigerian host. Personally, I prefer to use a foreign host. They are more expensive but reliable. If you want to use a foreign host, you can check out, Godaddy, Namecheap or Bluehost. We will talk about buying these after we are done with the niche/keyword research. Just choose a hosting company and keep the money ready. You will buy those yourself and set up your site.

For keyword research, we will be using the following platforms:

Ubersuggest (free version): Please go create an account with them.
Moz Chrome Tool Bar (free): Its a chrome extension. Download and install it and insure it is showing on your Chrome's tool bar.
Google Keyword Planner (free)
Ahrefs ($7): Optional but important. If you have $7 to spare (7 days trial), it will help you validate your niche on ahrefs before you start.

So, I know that most bloggers in this part of the world monetize their traffic with Adsense. I just heard that there is a bigger opportunity to earn better with Adthrive, Mediavine or Ezoic. Why most people don't use them is because of their criteria which includes:

. 100,000 pageviews per month.
. 80% of traffic from USA
. Right standing with Google Adsense.

I have a couple of sites that meets the above criteria and I want to switch to either Adthrive or Ezoic. Please if you have used any of the ads platform, can you share your experience and drop like a review about them.

It has come to my notice that a Scammer is scamming people using my ID on this site. Please Please Please, let it be known that I don’t offer Escrow services neither do I buy and sell digital currencies.

The only business I have here is buying websites. I have completed 5 transactions so far and have paid off everyone involved in the transaction the said amount we agreed for their websites.

If anybody claims to be ROYALADS, ask he or she to log into his or her Nairaland account and send you a screenshot of the account.
I don’t offer ANY services here neither have I asked anyone to send me payment. Always carry out due diligence before carrying out any transaction with anyone you meet here, and if possible meet in person. Because over 90% of people on this platform are just scammers out to take the little you have.

The New niche I told you about that got to do with demons, I think I'm backing out of it. If you are interested in it, let me know. It receives hundreds of thousands of searches every month from top countries. CPC is high and you can easily rank a new site without backlinks in few weeks because there are less than 5 sites in the core niche. I will be waiting.

The comments on the first page shows the mental IQ of 98% of people that visit Nairaland of recent times. They didn't understand what the topic was about. They didn't bother to ask questions.
