I typed my reply to this thread and deleted it after cross checking it. I don't want to end up causing people unnecessary pressure. Whether it takes you 10 Months or 50 Years to save N100M, it doesn't matter. The most important thing is that you live a good, fulfilled life.

The goal for these sites for this month is to continue publishing new contents and update existing content. I've never had issue with finding topics but writing the content itself is always an issue for me. The plan is to add as much content as I can, in preparation for the Q4 cash in. Wish me luck.

Also, I want to move site 1 to Mediavine. Adsense earning on the site has not been bad.. But I know that I will get a better deal on Mediavine. The initial plan was to wait and move the site to Raptive, but I don't think I can wait anymore. I've always avoided Ezoic as a plague. They got a lot going on with them this period, and I will rather stay away...

Here is the breakdown of the site 1 in this portfolio. I got an offer to sell this site for $27,000 last month. I almost agreed to the sales because I had lost interest in working on the site. But I asked around, gurus in the industry asked me to keep working on the site that it has more potential. So, this is me, digging deep to find motivation to push this site to the next level.

Why I'm starting this journey here is to keep myself motivated. I have somewhat lost the motivation to work on any of this site in this particular portfolio. So I will be sharing my journey here to see if it will keep me motivated or renew my interest in working on this particular portfolio of site.

Brief Introduction

I've been in the blogging/ niche/ authority site space for years now. I have built, sold and continue to build new portfolios of sites. My main process is to find a niche with less competition, find and write articles on hundreds of keywords, publish, monetize with ads and affiliate.

This particular portfolio that got me starting this diary has 2 sites, and I'm about to start a 3rd one. I have other portfolios but I want to give this one the attention it deserves.

I will introduce the sites in the portfolio in my next update. The goal is to take the sites to $10,000 a month earnings from ads alone.

This thread is for me... But you can ask questions if you have, I will try my best to answer. I will introduce my mentorship program sometime down the line. Let me get started

This is a nice thread and a lot of information to help beginners. What I don't like is *the bad mouthing of adsense to promote Ezoic*. Adsense still offer a healthy CPc and rpm but it all boils down on your niche. Here is an example of one of my adsense accounts. All I'm saying is, you can promote whichever advertiser you want without badmouthing another. I come in peace.
