ileobatojo: Utterly ridiculous and unfounded statements. It could even discourage those who want to give from giving sef
People shouldn't get discouraged based on others' personal opinions.

I believe everyone has a free mind & spirit to follow.

Let those who feel convinced not see a few comments by others as a reason to back down.

It all boils down to our personal sense of conviction.
FamilyRe: The Family Section Fun Room!! by RoyalRoy(mod): 4:51pm On Oct 02, 2013
A very busy day with much mental job to do than physical.

Dealing with too many issues all at once.

Not so much for my much acclaimed multi-tasking skills.

Getting worked up and feeling the stress.

Hope I don't snap anytime soon.

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
FamilyRe: For Abused Wives, Girlfriends & Men!!! by RoyalRoy(mod):
Omo_Alata: After the last few posts, I can see why some women in Vure position maybe too scare to talk, cos of fear of being judged and dissected.

Why not try and dissect her posts too?

When has protection of someone you love regarded as an abuse?

A man who dates a lady for 5yrs without sex and has the generosity to fund her & get her a job sure has a very soft spot for her!!

Think about it Omo_Alata, are those signs of an abuser?

FamilyRe: 20 Amazing Facts About Ijebus by RoyalRoy(mod): 2:58pm On Oct 02, 2013
Pataki: You are missing the beauty of what Ijebu people can change your life to! Even that glo line you are using, is an Ijebu product. Olodo!
Ujujoan: Ijebu bush men are good at nothing but drinking garri . . . you are a perfect example!

Olodo! tongue

Chillisauce: Lets wait the man to abuse before calling him one. Give him the benefit of doubt . cheesy

I think the girl here is the abuser undecided lipsrsealed cheesy.

She ate his money and him never chop Pomo. Now she wan run.
You never start!
theLORDreigns: Else, you are coming off as someone who just finished enjoying the good side of a maga & suddenly wants out when its their turn to bend over. undecided
I sincerely hope I'm wrong about that last part, dear
.

My thoughts exactly too.........
After 5yrs of funding, no sex...now you are independent and suddenly he is an abuser?
Has he raised his hands against you ever?

How come his "protectiveness" is now a sign of abuse?

I tire for some women o!

Ujujoan: I'm only talking because of RR's 'women
don't help women on Nld' analysis!
Royal Roy: Although I have noticed the trend
on nairaland that the males get
help faster than the ladies but
let's see if they will prove us
wrong on this case
FamilyRe: A Nairlander Needs Your Help!!! by RoyalRoy(mod): 10:57am On Oct 02, 2013
debrief08: Haba Madam, This is completely an unfair statement.
The lady with the baby, a lot of us supported and are still supporting her.
I have been really strained due to my health, anyone who has been through this or has family going through will tell you cancer treatment is not beans, imagine that we had 2 cancer treatments to pay for in one family within this period.

My friend still visits her and sends pictures, the baby is growing wonderfully.
She has taken over from where I stopped and regularly sends pictures.
There are so many others women have contributed and if sometimes we can't contribute its because they are also facing hard times or challenges not because we can't sacrifice pedicure money.

Life is not rosy all the time oh.
God bless you for your good works!

You can take it or leave it . . .

FamilyRe: A Nairlander Needs Your Help!!! by RoyalRoy(mod): 10:38am On Oct 02, 2013
@Ujujoan, you may have a point.

But in reality, the fact that she "stays in Abuja" doesn't mean she left her "village or home state" to stay in the FCT.

Did you read the previous thread where she initially seeked for help?

Her location isn't interior abuja, and she isn't aiming to go settle in the posh areas!!

Don't you think some people have their roots at the settlements all around the main city?

She isn't idle, and she is not asking for help while sitting at home expecting hand-outs

Try to ask more questions before coming to conclusions.
FamilyRe: A Nairlander Needs Your Help!!! by RoyalRoy(mod):
More funds coming in.
More still needed!!

A** (f) - 5k

Anonymous (f) - $100- 16k

Total - 71k

Remaining - 79k

We still need more support for her!

Thanks.

God bless the state of Osun.

Blazing the trail for others to follow.

True Federalism is a must if Nigeria is to move ahead!

And nothing was said of the irresponsible he-goat who impregnated this kid.
Some men are just unbealivable.

babyosisi: I happen to be an Igbo woman and I have not built a chicken shed let alone a house
This woman is using you from what I infer

This is a major character flaw, nothing to do with her country of origin.

There is No Nigerian male that will tolerate this sort of behavior
Who knows what else she is building while you are saddled with the upkeep of the home all by yourself
My sister don turn you to mugu
I wouldn't trust his woman if I were you.

I'm sure you already know the answer to that question
Does one Nigerian woman represent all nigerian women?

Divorce should always be the last option
Try to get her to listen to exactly how you feel about her behavior and the house she started without your knowledge and consent.
Then take it from there
Beautiful Response!!

@Eugene, I guess you have got some answers to your troubled mind here.
Feel free to ask more if you wanna.

@All Abused Men, this thread is opened for you too, as the title suggests.

All your records are gone with your username. "Nobody" is Nobody and by that you can't be traced anymore.

Hello RR, I have few questions please:

1. where is the deactivate botton if I may ask?

2. Will all the posts of the deactivated account deleted too?

I'm just seeing this for the first time. I hope I'm not being a pain? smiley
Not a pain at all.

When you click on edit profile...you see the deactivate account right at the bottom of the page!

All your topics & posts becomes "Nobody" and as such it cannot be clicked on.
Nobody will see your history anymore.

However, if anyone mention ur former username in their posts, it still remains.

Hope you get my gist?
