Please don't say unrealistic that you have a good mum doesn't mean others do...I have a friend who gave birth to her first baby and her mum who stays about #200 distance away didn't show up till day3 after much calls..She said she didnt come because my friend's hubby didn't send her money to prepare for omugwo..And she was aware that the guy didnt have much..in fact she went back the next day..Thanks to her mother-in-law who travelled down to help her..She didn't even brother her for her 2nd baby..
So not all mothers are important. Some are just too materialistic and will want you to even steal or break your home to satisfy them..Ive aunts who are like that..

let ur friend contact me and provide me wt his personal details to fill his form and tell me his convenient day, I will start the process wt my money. he will come and conclude d process in an hr cos I would ve taken care of the areas dat causes little delay b4 he comes.

I simply followed the online registration process on the first page

Made a print out of the final page.

Took the print out and photocopies of the document we were suppose to upload online with me (Proof of ownership, Insurance, License & Road worthiness) Thank God I did because documents I uploaded were no where to be found on the dbase when i got there, So the guy collected the photocopies and "re"- uploaded them.

I took the above mentioned documents to SIB, Commission of Police office complex, Ikeja.

Permit was ready in two days. ( processing time might increase when the deadline draws close) waited for another two days. Called the officer and he said same was ready.

Viola.. I paid the agreed fee and picked on the permit
