This is highly unethical on the part of the medical staff of the hospital who discussed the medical condition of their patient to a known rag outfit and gossip spewing jaundiced media outlet like Sahara reporters.

Didn't the Architect who drew up the plan give you an estimated land space for the structure?

You should question the competence of whoever did the plan and assumes it should fit into a 50*100ft land space


This looks too close to the fence and the space looks tight. Ventilation will be a big issue for people on the lower floor.

I will tell you. A lot of factors are considered when buying a Naija used car and one is if it still has its initial or first body or painting.... That is important because a car is baked when it's has been roughly used and packaged before selling or when it was involve in an accident.

As for fabric interior, a car with leather interior or seates is perceived as having higher standard( more expensive ) than that with fabric seats.

I will like to ask you, if the car was roughly used and the body is full of dents and scratches will u be attracted to buying it?

Have u considered most Tokunbo cars in the country are accident cars that have been repaired and neatly baked that u won't even know? Yet people will say the car is "very clean"?

I don't fault u for having ur opinion but am just trying to say if u buy a car and its worn out won't u spray it or try to make it clean so u can get a better value before selling it too?

So ur assertion is relative.

But still I will advise anyone buying a car to check very carefully as there are many hidden things that can be on the car if proper assessment is not done. Color spray is not the most important thing if not the engines, gear, shock absorber and other things.
