Someone posted a related issue few months back. His date of birth was different from the one He used in registering for BVN. As a result, he couldn't get his allowance.

It's simple. Once you're unable to access your call-up letter between 18-23rd, you're in stream II. You'd be notified on your dashboard.

If he makes stream 1 and fails to report to camp. He should be looking forward to Batch B in october/November.

Hello guys, pls after d stream 1 camp, how long b4 stream 2 start their camp?

Using BATCHB2016 as a reference, Stream 1 started camp on November 24, 2016 while that of stream 2 was January 23, 2017. That's about 2months interval.
