From my own view point, Nigerians, starting from our parents, they like free things. And anything given to you for free, you will never appreciate. Talking of training, I have attended a training of about 5hours and I paid 23k including some of the training materials. It was an empowerment training and the knowledge I gain in that training is still useful till today.
I attended an interview session with Elyte Entrepreneurship Training. What made me attend the interview was because of the Entrepreneurship I saw on their website and what they do. They don't actually ask you to pay to get. a job rather for materials of the training.
The problem with many youths today is that they don't want to become Entrepreneurs but the truth is even your government is preaching Entrepreneurship every day but you won't listen.
If you love learning, then you will definitely love training because no knowledge is lost.
