I heard about it too that the lectures are impactful and knowledge based. I think this is worth doing. Im in too. When is the class starting? Someone should please link me up |
Friendship can go sour! Business relationships and contracts can fail! Your property can be taken away from you! Somebody you do not like can preside over the sharing of your estate because you failed to decide how this should be shared among your dependants when you are deceased. Haters and the envious can decide to help you spend a little of your money by digging into your life, education, business, relationship and past to discern your flaws and mistakes, and come down heavily on you. Quick fixes are: Don’t sign any agreement if you’re not sure of the terms. Don’t enter into business partnerships, relationships, MOUs, MOAs, sign pre-nuptial agreements or any form of agreements without having a lawyer peer through those documents for you. Don’t engage in activities, as a company, without having a company secretary with a legal background who can watch your back. You can outsource the role to a law firm for a manageable fee. It’s sad that many people leave things to more chance, prayers and bravado than to common sense. It teases me when I see many people congratulate themselves for never ever having to go to court with anybody or for never having to quarrel with someone over land, money or a partnership deal. How blessed such a life is! But if you want to make some money, achieve success, build prosperity with a dash of fame, secure your estate (i.e. the whole of your property, possessions and capital) when you are deceased, you need to prepare and save yourself from predators on two legs. They could wear the faces of family, friends, siblings, colleagues, and business partners, but they can still be predators! In wildlife, predators kill to eat; in real life, predators kill for sports, just for the fun of it. To them, the feeling “We got him; Oh yeah; we got her” makes them self-satisfied. Naivety, like ignorance, can make you lose your fortunes to strangers, turn all your life’s savings and possessions to someone unbefitting and have your beautifully well laid out life ruined just for the fun of it. There are stories of millionaires and billionaires who die intestate, i.e. without a will. These people had worked hard all their lives only to die suddenly and have their wealth frittered away to whomever without their consent. Badly or deviously written contracts have destroyed some business ideas, deals and relationships and ruined people, too. When problems ensued or the other party felt they could pick holes in the contract, they did easily and unstoppably to the detriment of the other party. Don’t live your life carelessly. Come on, this is the real world! There are predators everywhere, not on four legs but on two legs with shiny clothes, with nice smelling cologne, riding nice cars. But they could come in different shapes and forms. All you need is to stay smart, plan ahead to protect yourself and your loved ones and carry your attorney along. In the real world, naivety or ignorance is not a virtue but a recipe for disaster; and what a pity if the person involved ignorantly or naively brings it on himself or herself. For your legal services, we can advise and assist you from being preyed on by predators on two legs! Dominion Chambers – 08159267790 (Whatsapp or calls) yetundeurim@gmail.com |

This is one of the challenges of being a huge ethnic group and for having an adventurist and nomadic lifestyle which means moving around and being present in most places. But it has its advantages too. See my siggy, if you need Natural Sea Salt with its more than 82 nutrients. |
Life would be more beautiful if all stayed our course and maintained the race on our lane. But social media has turned many people into envious aprokos. Minding my business. If you need Sea Salt, please see my siggy! |
No matter the perspective of the revered General on the 1966 coup, it would still remain his perspective. And a cross-section of Nigerians may take it with a pinch of salt. Let's move ahead and look forward to building a stronger, more developed and functional nation. The past brings pains and sometimes is a sad reminder of our our hurts and losses. |
Congrats man. |
Congratulations Omo Baba Olowo! |

Are you speaking from experience? Lol ![]() |
Any president that settles this Biafran issue amicably once and for all will win the Nobel prize for peace. |
Traditionally, it is after church wedding that you're supposed to wear your wedding band. I mean, traditionally. However, one of the symbols of the wedding ring is that it confers on the wearer the status that he or she is taken without any need for verbalisation. In that sense, wearing a wedding band after your court wedding may be welcome by you and your significant other. However, your families may frown at it because you've not done your trad, which is another strong form of marital union practice particularly in Africa. So, if your parents, especially the bride's get worried, just calm their nerves and let them know you're still going ahead with your trad wedding plans. Congratulations ahead. |
Congratulations. Keep flying. |
Wow. Congrats to you, Chioma and your families. |
RIP Stanley. May God keep and protect your lovely wife, children and loved ones you left behind. |
![]() These guys are angry. Please Mr. Governor, next time, let essential amenities like Fire Fighting Vehicles and implements be installed particularly close to heavily populated areas and markets and generally in the state. Anambra is too blessed to be facing these kinds of issues. For your Sea Salt, check out my signature. |
Hmm, we need peace in Nigeria. |
It is a sad part our history. |
