i saw a documentary of "operation sudden death"..How 11 british soldiers were kidnapped by a militant group during the civil war in sierra leone.
6 of the british soldiers were released by negotiation. The other 5 were rescued by a british special force after they raided the militants camp and capturing the militant leader. The operation was planned all the way from London. This is to let you know that our security personnels are capable of rescuing kidnap victims but for a strange reason, they hardly react unless the victim is a VIP.
