Let assume for argument sake that Kenya gov owes it 900K employees salaries - is that comparable with 40% annual increase in price and commodities for 220M Nigerias or say 50m kenyans.

Kenya can print money - to please 0.9M gov employees - and punish 50M kenyans with inflation - if we were a Zoo with Obaboons like you.

I meant cement brands - we have 8-10 cement companies - mostly located in every city. Cement ideally should be manufactured in every major city or town - as limestone is cheaply available - and transporting bulky cement is not smart.
