UCI number should be on the rejection letter or BVL, I think you should apply for the GCMS note to enable you know the exact reason given in his file by the visa officer which enable you address it properly in your next reapplication

The rejection letter is just a normal generic reply.

Hello house, my dad traveled to Canada in 2015 for 10 days. Since then, 2 different applications were denied. They'll say travel history and finances and that sounds really funny. Travel history to Canada, France, SA, UAE, UK and presently has 10yrs UK visa till 2027.

Now, I wanna help him re-apply, not using the usual agent that was used in the past. Can I apply for him in April/May. Is Canada accepting/reviewing tourist applications now?

I don't have details of the previous application from the agent, I guess I will need his UCI number, how will I apply without the UCI number?

Good day, I'll like to know how exactly the "MBS" works and looks. If I request for MBS, the bank will send my statement to the embassy and send me an email with the certificate showing my ticket ID and password. It's this certificate containing ticket ID and password that I will now upload in the POF area of my application. Please let me know if I'm right or wrong. Thanks.

I submitted my mybankstatement certificate exactly the way it was when the request came in from IRCC and yes almost exactly the same money,

The decision is up to you if you want to respond or ignore IRCC request and allow your application to follow the normal processing channel.

Should in case you want to follow the NSE route, I would advise you not to move funds for now as this would be flagged by the visa officer when they see inflow and outflow of lumpsum transactions. Please submit my bankstatement certificate for both bank statements and attach a one-page official letter to explain the movement of funds. I almost also wanted to move funds when I got the NSE request but my bankers' advised me not to try it and submit the statement the way it is.

Now ask yourself this question, in an open process, would there be any reason/justification to pick someone at 71 or one at 74 or even someone at 69 and not pick you at 80?

Hello, I'll like to know how it works, if one has above the crs cut of for that month, is it certain that you will be picked or it's still some people that are picked despite the cut off. For instance, if I create an express entry profile and my crs score is like 486, is it sure that I will be picked in the next round of ITAs since cut off is presently around 460.

How does it work really? Is it that if the cut off for a month is 460......They pick everyone with 460 and above without any exception? Jst as long as u av 460 or above.

For my study visa to Canada, I filled December 2018 as job start date(datz d date I got my confirmation letter), if I apply for PR and I pick the exact date I got the job(September that same year), with documents to back it up(employment letter and employment confirmation letter). Will there be any issue?

Can the mybankstatement be for 6months or must it be for 1year. My sponsor's acct was specifically opened for the purpose of my admission, hence, it was opened Jan 29th, 2020. Could it be a red flag if the V.O sees in the reference letter that the account was created just last year?

You won't look desperate if you attach the required NSE documents the first time you submit.

You can also decide to wait for IRCC to send you the NSE request letter before you upload the documents.

The no 1. response which says

So you know that, it's the same way you will apply for the Regular Channel you will apply for the NSE route, the only difference is the way NSE route requires you to do Proof of Funds (POF) i.e MybankStatement Ticket having the required $30,000 CAD & the English test (IELTS) requirement

The only significant thing about NSE is the Mybank Statement Certificate/Ticket of the required POF & IELTS test (20 days processing time), but the regular channel you will have to scan your Sponsor's 6 months Bank Statement & you don't need IELTS (Presently 35 weeks processing time)

So While merging and uploading your Documents and this two NSE required documents are there, you have automatically given the Visa Officer the go ahead that you want your application to be processed via the NSE route.

A Post-Baccaleaurate Diploma shows a better progression. If the person is bent on doing a second degree in UG, any study gap should be well covered. 24yrs is still a good age.

Yes it is good to use that as home-tie. Another strong home-tie is your family. Try to let the vo see how close and attached you are to your family and that you wouldn't want to live away from them for too long.

-I av a 10% shares in one of my dad's company(hotel worth over 200m) and I intend to attach d documents.........I hope this is a good home tie.

-I plan to submit 10 landed property documents, all belonging to my father, but I thought of saying one was given to me as a graduation gift in 2017, to strengthen my home tie(This will be backed up by an agreement signed I, my dad, a lawyer, and with NBA seal).........Is this good or I should forget it?

With a BSc economics (1.60/5.00) can someone apply for a PGD. I saw an Ontario College Advanced Diploma (Business Administration- Accounting Accelerated) at Conestoga college.
