I keep getting a response of invalid statement. I have tried both vfs and dha but I keep getting the same response of invalid statement. I have also gone to the bank to print a physical statement but still the same response.

I applied for an eVisa visa via the vfs website. I plan to to spend 4 days and return to Nigeria on 6th April and my passport expires on 5th July 2026. I have received a message from vfs stating that I should re-upload a passport that expires 90 days after the day I depart South Africa. I have uploaded a letter of explanation stating that the passport is still valid for 90 days after I return but I got the same email again. What can I do?

Yea, BVL is the correspondence email. Search IRCC webform online.

Two different people. Infact, another April 16, 2021 came in today, 14th April 2023. BVL came last week, sent a webform last night and PPR came this morning.

Application submitted in Apr 2021. Sudden BVL received on 4th April 2023. No update again. I sent a webform on 7th April but no update. I sent a mssg yesterday that no decision email after abt 2 wks that I got BVL, then later I got an email "Pls check ur cic portal for the new update"; after dat I got a "donotreply" email, and I logged in to see PPR. (Old portal).

Another May 2022 application (New Portal). BVL came 2 days ago, then also sent an email yesterday to ask why there is no decision after about 48 hrs. I got same pattern of email and logged in to see PPR.

Yes, that's the way it is. That's the representative in Canada who will help you request the notes. Jst fill ur details on section 3 of the note and tick "individual only"

The content in this email is not PGWP. It states thatbyou get a job and then you apply for a work permit, that's not PGWP. Get another school bro.

So someone advise i contact OCMT directly to find out if the school offer PGWP, below is their response to my question, but upon checking IRCC website, it says their school is although DLI registered but their program is not eligible for PGWP.

is it that IRCC hasn't updated their website or just some program are not eligible for PGWP while some is, according to OCMT, they said they offer paid internship to their PG International student.

can someone break this down into what OCMT is trying to say and what is on IRCC website as well, i would really appreciate.

Kinda busy so I couldn't really comprehend the relationship and how the marriage certificate comes in, but just try to demonstrate relationship with anything that has the surname. Not compulsory to deposit the 1 Yr fees, it only kinda boosts ur chances

What if i Have his own marriage certificate and my parents own because his wife is my mothers sister? And what if he doesn’t deposit the 1 year living expenses to my account and is it a must be deposits the 1 year living expenses to my account?

It could be nice if your uncle pays part of your tuition and if possible deposits your 1 year living expenses in your account. Add a sponsorship letter, affidavit of support also, birth certificates and pictures.

Sickle cell won't affect. My aunty three kids had sickle cell condition and they were aproved by IRCC although it was for PR. You can contact IOM for clarification though

1. SOWP or visit visa is allowed and will be treated faster when submitted with student visa application. However, it raises more questions about home tie.

2. I don't have a sure answer for that. I will let others respond.

3. Please research this very well. IRCC reject people with serious diseases, like cancer, that could cost more than the maximum individual medical threshold (about $20,000 per year). However, I have also seen a former international student that successfully defend his PR inadmissibility based on medical ground. He and his Canadian doctor provided evidence that his treatment will be below the treshold and he won't be a liability to the government after his PR.

1. If you plan to invite your family immediately after your study permit approval, apply for everyone at once instead (student + family). You just need other means of demonstrating home ties (e.g. father, mother, business, etc.) or show evidence that you had always returned to Nigeria whenever you travelled abroad.

2. I will advise you apply for SOWP. The processing can be faster when attached to study permit.

3. Yes, study permit for the children too (although, visitor visa can work).

4. Sorry to hear about this. I have seen applicants with sickle cell approved, but I have never seen one rejected. Just inform the panel physician about it when the child goes for medical.

If it's for admissions purposes, why stress ursef to evaluate the transcript? Just apply to schools using the original transcript.

State it in your SOP and and attach docs of the transaction.

My dad as my sponsor wants to sell a property to use the funds for POF. The amount in question is huge. How do i explain this to the V.O.? that the large inflow of money was due to this and the amount will be used for my sponsorship?

It's not necessary. Explain in your SOP, let him also state all these in his sponsorship letter, and also add documents to show relationship.

Congrats in advance. When is ur program start date? If it's Fall 2022, you may need to do another medical examination, maybe that's why they requested for I again since it would have expired before entry. Again, congratulations!

I submitted my application November 29th and I attached my medical form that same November ,it was updated November 30th to pass.Today I got a medical request and the “you passed your medicals was removed from my profile .my medicals will expire in June so it’s still valid .Do I resend the medical sheet or go for another medicals ?

When payment gets there doesn't matter. They just tell you to make sure you have initiated payment within that 72hours.

Also, on Monday, she logged into her GCKey and passport was already stamped. So no reason to worry i guess. Check ur GCKey if it's been stamped.

7 & 9 respectively... Obtained a letter of support from the Catholic school Division here in Canada to add to their application as prove that they will be engaged once they arrive. The end date of their duration was stated as same as the study permit of the parent. IRCC will not issue their permit longer than that anyway.

I have been trying to get the Drivers licence authentication letter for over a month now but it seems so difficult to get as the FRSC officials I have been communicating with keep procrastinating day after day. PPR for Spouse’s Visit visa – January 14, 2022

My husband's  SOWP and my 11year old son study permit got approved after the 3rd attempt.
First attempt 2016 we all applied as a family and were all bounced on purpose of visit and home ties. After I got my study permit approved in June 2021 we reapplied  on
11 July 2021 - visitors visa for hubby and study permit for kids
Refused 29th September

Reapplied October 29 before the GCMS notes came because it was delayed.
Medical for my husband November 15 ( my son had done his medicals earlier)
Medical passed November 22
GCMS notes finally came in late November- December 2021 (applied for hubby and the kids and they all came at different dates, one even came in the middle of December) GCMS notes showed the VO was concerned about the cost implications of running 2 homes and home ties.
Luckily all those concerns had been adequately tackled in the SOP during reapplication.
In the course of waiting a friend who had also applied for study permit for her kids decided to try out the new IRCC portal and got her kids visitor visa approved in 7days so we decided to give it a try too. Visitor visa application was done on the 19th of December 2021...then another round of waiting commenced.
Eligibility 20/01/2022 (noticed my son's medical was passed on that date)
