Hello mamas, how are you all doing? We are four months post partum now and little one is doing very fine. I don't know if it's appropriate to post this here but has anyone use Aju mbaise before? Did it work for you? As in what's the effect for flat tummy? Someone recommended it for me but I don't know if she just want to sell or being sincere.

Please talk to your doctor s/he will be able to guide and monitor you through the pregnancy period. There's nothing to beat yourself over and besides, have you done a blood pregnancy test to be sure you are pregnant?

I want to say a very big thank you for your answers. Went to the hospital and pregnancy test was negative, period just stopped for no reason. My doctor said it will come when it's ready since I only saw first period and it was very light, there is a probability that it's just the usual post partum blood. Still haven't seen my period till now though but I am no longer worried. I was really worried cause my first pregnancy, period came exactly 6 weeks post partum and continued like that, was thinking it will be the same this time

Mothers I am in trouble o, pls come to my aif, shame will not even allow me tell my sister's or my doctor. I just put to bed through CS in March, first period came exactly 6 weeks later, had unprotected sex twice and took postinor 2. Now my period is 7 days late and I am going mad. Hello everyone, almost 42 weeks and no sign of labor hence I decided on ELCS. Been on admission since yesterday and it's almost time for the CS. I am scared, never experienced this before and with the time being so close, fear is gradually creeping up on me. Pls pray for me, I am scared

I'm actually here to rant coz it's been eating me up for days....when I was about 6weeks I noticed any small stress like this I'd start seeing blood spottings, would have to use sanitary pads, so I went to the hospital and register for Anc, they did their normal check ups and tests, and I was told to get an ultrasound to know how things were fairing, which I was told I'm expecting twins, I was elated and all, and on subsequent scans, about 3 ultrasound the doctor kept telling me the 'babies" were doing great, on Wednesday I decided to go to another centre to get second opinion was actually eager to know their gender, only for me to be told it's a single fetus!!! I had to insist to double check coz I've had about 4 of the scan at my hospital and I was told double fetus.....this has been messing with my mental health, my husband told me to be calm maybe one is hiding but it's hard to miss twins at 23weeks I believe. I'm confused, I don't know what to do, I've honestly not been myself ever since

HOW TO PREPARE EWEDU :
Once you get ewedu, detach from the sticks wash & keep aside. Put little water in a pot & add iru & potash to it(I dont know if it's necessary but that's the way yoruba prepare it). Allow the water to reach boiling point then pour d ewedu in it leave for a while to softer very well, once soften you can either blend in food processor or use that small broom(ijabe) to mash it. I hope I try. Or you can just Google it on YouTube it'll be easier

I am just here joor, I don expect labor tire, nothing is happening, no sign at all. Did scan yesterday to determine weight of baby, little one is 3.7kg, and hospital is telling me it's ok. What will she be weighing at birth then? I nor just want any unnecessary stress that could have been avoided during labor but they are acting like I am just being worried for nothing. I have eaten so many pineapple, I even blend one big one, juice it and drank everything last night, I nor even purge it's just as if nothing is happening in there. My tiredness is extremely tired. I want to try the ewedu leaf but I have never eaten ewedu before neither do I know how to prepare it, anybody with idea, abeg help me out

My last appointment the doctor booked me for induction at 37 weeks but the doctor i saw today felt i wont be needing an induction as everything sims to be fine with me ..its a teaching hospital i don't KNOw how to request for an induction because my last pregnancy they tagged me high risk i bleed like a tap and had an episode with pre eclemsia ..my bp never shot up all through the pregnancy but it did during labour ..i have my fears i dont want a repeat of what happened as i lost the baby in the whole process ..i plan to request for an induction in my next antenatal visit i dont know if it sounds strange ..the last doctor i saw gave me better audience than this one ..i am really tired and exhausted .mamas plz i need your opinions ..and my baby flipped and is head down ..glory be to God will not be needing a c section ..march mamas how are you all holding up ...the lord is our strength we are almost there

I am not holding up well o I am tired. Last anti-natal visit, doctor said they will do membrane stripping when I visit next which is this Friday. I don't know what to expect, wether to carry my bag or not, heard it painful too. Husband won't be around, he will only be able to carry me there in Friday as he is meant to travel because of election duty, my sis is coming from Delta but called me today that she can't find anywhere to withdraw money from, not even pos. I am just tired. I am thinking of skipping this week's anti-natal cause I don't know how to cope. Husband is sending his younger brother down so he can drive me around but I will be more comfortable with my own siblings and non is in same state with me. Its just tiring, and the fact that no labor sign yet is another cause for concern, not even the slightest sign

But have been giving them cassava waste to feed on.

One thing abi t the cassava waste is that, the cassava waste produce maggots by itself, a very big maggots and the turkey like it....

pls which one is cassava waste? Cause my feed finished this morning and I don't have single cash to buy anything, I only have 80 naira with me at home. And with this recent protest in Benin, even pos sef, person nor see use. I refused collecting money before the protest cause I can't use 1k to collect 5k but with this one eh, If I see, I go collect.
I just hope they accept transfer in the feed shop cause that is my only option for now. Going there tomorrow

I just had my baby through elective cs yesterday at 37 weeks 1 day.

The healing process is a bit longer than vag delivery, but you'll be fine

I don't mind going through this route right now, I am tired. I just want to give birth, start healing process and go back to being me. My tired is tired

2nd TM, 37 weeks and no sign of labor, nothing at all. Same thing happened with my first till I was induced at 42 weeks, they said it's like that for some first time mothers. Now this is number 2 and I can see that same thing is about to happen this is the same pattern the first pregnancy followed o, just no sign, not even mucor plug. I am not happy at all

I am 36 weeks (based on LMP) but my doctor is saying 35 weeks, we are in same boat but I don't want to think about it, I am tired but I know God will perform how miracle in due time. Concerning the weight, do you take beverages? It boosts baby's weight alot (not medically proven)

Two weeks ago, when I went for antenatal, the doctor told me to come back in three weeks time for induction if I don't deliver between that time I met him until three weeks .
